Shame. Sounded like he was doing a good job.

Top bloke and a top coach, that's a big blow for our youth set up!

If he is off to the England set up then that goes to prove he was most definitely doing a decent job for us. Shame to see him go but good luck Tom!

Best of luck to Tom in his role with the FA. Obviously leaving big shoes for somebody to fill - if the budget allows!

Interesting wording used. "Would like to announce". Seems like they are pleased he is going!

Tom Curtis has done a fantastic job these last few years. Having met him and chatted to him a few times he worked tirelessly for the academy and the results speak for themselves.
Good luck in the next step of your career Tom, you will be missed, but the rest of the team are all great servants of our club and will ensure the academy carries on it's excellent work.
Good luck to Jon Henderson in his new role as head of the academy.

We shouldn't be afraid of people moving on cos they are good as long as they leave on good terms as they should look after us in future. Can't help feeling lack of good relationships further up the pyramid is a problem for us

He would have been aware that we lose funding for the youth at the end of this season if we don't get promoted.
Good luck to him and his career.
