Worst manager in our history. Bit early to say that Is it? Show me a former Rovers manager with a worse win percentage

It's all his fault that out players have missed chance after chance the past couple of games? Come on..! His spell here has been awful but we have looked better the past couple of games. BG can't stick the chances away himself though. Do you feel we look confident and motivated? It's night and day in comparison to how the team spirit was before Christmas. Not sure how anyone can comment on team spirit unless they have direct contact with them

He destroyed any sort of confidence any of the players had. His job is to motivate them and make them play/feel confidently. It is literally all his fault. I don’t feel sorry for him at all. When he eventually gets sacked he’ll have made his money and taken his nice pay out. He won’t have to worry and support the club in the tatters he left it in. Yeah poor Ben, really feel sorry for the bloke. Interesting to read why Megson sent BG home when at West Brom ...wanted a more bouncy and motivating attitude on the training ground.

13 games. Just let that sink in. And that is all people will talk about now, sadly. But that is the reality. Can talk about chances, how bad referees were etc but at the end of the day it all comes down to results.

And there is no getting away from how awful his spell has been. There has been an improvement of late though, and for that he should be given more time.

Why more time? At his current rate of improvement the first win will be sometime in april

Why more time? At his current rate of improvement the first win will be sometime in april Because when he first came we looked awful and were creating nothing and losing. Now we're still not winning but creating lots more chances, just not converting them.

13 games. Just let that sink in. It's 14 isn't it? Either way it's a sad mess when we lose count. [br Think it's actually less than 13. He was not better for a few games and by the sounds of it, his head was elsewhere before that.

I was going to ask how many games he has actually been in the dugout for since GC left? I know some may argue and disagree as they want him out but I’ve been judging him since he has returned from his personal issues

Is it? Show me a former Rovers manager with a worse win percentage You literally can't say it until he is no longer the manager.

Interested because there's been plenty of talk about his motivation skills and personality but nothing other than GasChat opinion to back it up.

I get results aren’t what we all want but some people need a reality check.
Since Xmas
AFC (h) lost 2-1 - should’ve put the game to bed early doors as were very dominant. Freak game. Fleet (a) 0-0. Backs to wall but great point. Then we played Mk, donny and rotherham, with no rotation (injuries etc) and against teams on top of their games. Draws at Bolton and tonight. Yes, games I would have liked us to win, but we were the better team on both occasions. The first 35 v coventry last week was such an improvement on the previous coventry games so that’s a decent yardstick.
This Saturday we finally have a home game against a team around us and I fully expect three points and a front foot performance to get this season going again. I’ve put my money down at the bookies at 23/10.
If we lose and a poor performance on Saturday, then I’ll take all the stick, but I really can’t see it happening.
I’m keeping the faith, and I urge others to do so and give full support to the lads, and to garner.

Last chance on Saturday or he must go You're getting more positive. Are you giving him 4 days rest from the mud slinging?!

When BG took over we were 17 points above MK Dons and had a +19 better goal difference. It's now 6 points and just +1 better goal difference.
