How was it dealt with? A conviction for a violent offence will quickly put an end to a teaching career. He was given a community resolution order and told to make no contact with me for 16 weeks..... wtf was all that about, i will be taking this up with the appropriate police authority as i'm not happy with this outcome. can you point me in any other direction as i want this bastard sacked from his job So he pleaded guilty or was found guilty at trial? What was he charged with? I'd be very surprised if he could continue to work as a teacher of vulnerable children with conviction.

Last night Twentyman had a "guest speaker " the first on, who said, I didn't like Coughlins team, they just won one nil all the time. Just like to say there was just one 1-0 win in the league. Away at Lincoln. So if you are the person that was on the phone...…..wrong Who is Coughlin or is that wrong too?

Hope he isn't still teaching near you HG, my kids go to school in Henbury.
My old teacher only had to throw a pen at me for him to get the boot.
He lives next door to me but teaches in the south of Bristol at a school with vulnerable children Out of interest, what caused him to attack you?

Also, having no contact with you for 16 weeks will be a tad difficult if he lives next door. Did he actually appear before the Magistrates, because it would appear to be Actual Bodily Harm. Too serious for informal resolution I would have said.

If you were out cold and an ambulance called this does seem very light touch for ABH or common assault.
