Anyone from Wiltshire And North Kingswood? One of the best accronyms in this part of the world.. Can you be from both? Wiltshire is mystical (weird as f) but that doesn’t stack up.

I was born and bred in Bristol, after a messy breakup I had no choice but to move 40 miles down the M5 (its a long story) I met my lady and now I recide in Cornwall' and I love it. However, sadly its does make it difficult financially to drive back home to watch the Gas.... How does this affect other Gasheads Bristol Born or not in how they follow/travel to maintain you're support for the Rovers? Born In Thornbury, lived in Bristol most of my adult life (bar uni) and move to Trowbridge 7 years ago. Dont go regularly at the moment because i want to prioritise my young family for a few years but will be back :-)

Born Avonmouth and lived there for first 22 years. Moved to Portishead then to Easton in Gordano. Moved back to Portishead 30 years ago. When a kid and young adult used to go the Eastville on the train (Stapleton Road) at first with my Dad and later with my mates. The train used to be fairly empty at Avonmouth on boarding, just a few going to the game from Severn Beach, but filled up rapidly en route. After Redland and Montpelier it was rammed and rocking with Roverschanting. Great days!

Despite my name handle, I’ve lived in Bradley Stoke for over 3 years now and spend the majority of my time in Patchway. I shall be likely moving to Bedford in the long term (back to my wife to be’ hometown), I just hope if we ever have kids they’ll still follow the Rovers like I do and not be a gooner or spud like everyone else around that way. Just sing em Goodnight Irene when they're little. My daughter is 19 now. Rolls her eyes at the memory of me singing it to her. Obviously a bit different being half way around the world, but my kids have had loads of Rovers shirts. Son only has a Mariners shirt ATM.
A few years ago now when I lived in Bondi I saw a young lad with a Rovers shirt on. I called out, but he didn't respond. I caught up with him and asked about his shirt. He looked a bit despondent and said "oh, my Dad makes me wear this". Strangely enough years later I ended up working with someone who knew his Dad.
I do the same to my boy who’s 2 every night before bed, followed by you are my sunshine, to the Rovers version of course!

Grew up In Easton ( Greenbank Avenue 10 mins from Eastville) and saw first home game age 5, then Whitehall ( Lillian St), Downend ( North Street), Hanham (Bibury Crescent). Always at home games on the Tote and around one third of away games. I’m sure I know several on the forum. St George school. Uni in Cardiff For 4 years then London then overseas working for UN ( Thailand, Cambodia, North Korea, Vietnam, Afghanistan among others) and currently in south Philippines. Used to listen to every game on radio, my Mum held the radio next to her phone while I connected by Skype!! Great to have iFollow now. Watch every game no matter the time difference, read almost every forum thread / post. Back to see three or four games when in UK. Retiring in 2 years and will be Chiangmai-based and Burnham on Sea based.

Born in Southmead and lived there until 7 and then a long and winding road of Avonmouth, Lawrence Weston, Brentry, Bradley Stoke, Kingswood, Olveston, Sharpness and finally Switzerland. First Gas season was David Williams side of 83-84 on the North Enclosure at Eastville. Season ticket holder for many years, but rarely get to games now due to location! Still follow all things gas though and like many expat gasheads, for me Ifollow is a godsend!

Dont think i can compete with Newton Abbot Gas as he pretty much guaranteed a goal when the kettle went on.When im back in the UK ill give it a go though.
