Mine apparently isn't. The 'system' when I tried to log in didn't recognise my account number, my season ticket number, email address or password, in any combination. Phoned the shop (which is closed), left a message, waiting for some one to get back to me - they haven't. Why are things so difficult for something so simple? I can log into my account no problem, all the details are correct etc, but I've no idea if my Season Ticket is linked to it? Anyway, I've e-mailed the suggested people, hope to get a reply soon. There are 2 systems and they are not linked. There is the Rovers ticket account and ifollow tickets. I have logged into my Rovers account and although I have purchased a season ticket it does not appear on my ticket inventory nor does my existing 2019/20 ticket appear. Strangely the new season tickets are on sale showing the dates commencing 8th August with no team identified except on the 5th September when even more strange we are playing Wycombe at home. Do they know something we don't?

Do they know something we don't? I wouldn’t read into it. These systems will be designed so that there has to be a ticket date so that something has to be entered. The Wycombe one is probably a bug of sorts

Anyone mind if I take this thread on a little tangent?
I will be opting to donate any monies due, but I and some others are unlikely to be able to attend any matches next season, due to being classed as extremely vulnerable, and will need a vaccine to allow us to attend any form of gathering - unless we wish to take our chances of a horrible death.
Now I stand on the terraces, so getting a season ticket the year after won't really be an issue, but for those that have a seated season ticket, unless they buy next seasons, without much hope of using it, may not be able to get the same seat - possibly in the location of friends - the year after that.
Anyone any thoughts on this? or possibly even heard anything?

Anyone any thoughts on this? or possibly even heard anything? It’s a tough one and you realise they can’t keep your space for you. How about buying season ticket then letting mates by individual games off you for your seat to offset the price ? Or plan B ..... sneak into the stadium overnight and tape a rotting fish To the underside of your seat ?

The club site says to log on which I've done and I can't see anything anywhere to pick any options. My account must be linked to my season ticket as it's asking me to renew.
Has anyone else had success with this? I've had no email either.

These emails are, allegedly, going to your BRFC “Account” not to your personal email account. Must admit, having checked my BRFC account all seems in order but like others on here absolutely nothing about a) my ST or b) any message about refund options. Seems like it’s a right dogs breakfast. Have emailed to them about this using the link provided but this far nowt in response. Is it really that difficult to sort....?

Very simple process to claim refund or donate, luckily I can afford to donate to the academy.
