Welcome to Bristol Rovers Sam. Reminds me of Martin Compston (Line of Duty) - wonder if he wears waistcoats?

Welcome to Bristol Rovers Sam. Reminds me of Martin Compston (Line of Duty) - wonder if he wears waistcoats? What’s happened to you Tilly? You were always a voice of calm common sense on this forum. Now you’re an ITKer as well. If Tilly says something will happen, 24 hours later it does! Any news on the stadium? 😀

He is a winger. But he picks up central positions and comes in from wide areas very well. Kind of similar to Bodin. Likes a step over and has a really decent strike of the ball. It’ll be interesting to see how he deals with the level of football here but it’s an exciting signing for sure. Welcome Sam!!!

Welcome Sam! Goals for hearts taken from Facebook. Looks like he can strike a ball with either foot UTG Those clips make Nicholson appear Bodinesque the way he cuts in then strikes the ball and with either foot. He also appears to be strong and quick, and pace is so very important. This has to be tempered with the fact that he was playing against Scottish defences, and the number of those games where Hearts were winning 3 & 4 nil was incredible. However, one season of him performing like that and some bloody Championship side Like PNE will come calling, waving the cheque book.

I'm absolutely overjoyed with our summer business so far, it has been (on paper anyway!) superb. Finally a proper winger and as Stroud mentions above, hopefully a belated Bodin replacement.
Left-back has to be the priority now. I wouldn't mind Leif Davis (Leeds) or Rhys Norrington-Davies (Sheffield Utd) on loan. Harry Pickering (Crewe) would be my ideal LB signing but I think he'll end up in the Championship.

Doesn’t mess around when he is attacking. Same as Hare on other side. UTG

So do we think Luke Leahy will switch to No.3 to allow Sam Nicholson to take the No.11 shirt or will Sam select No.28 his first number at Hearts and also his squad number in that clip of the Rapids?
