I know that there is an issue with Safari which is why I downloaded Google Chrome and watched the match on that. No problems whatsoever. The entire game was clear, unbuffered and clear. Any problems I've had in the past I've always found iFollow very helpful and will do what they can to help you.

I had the same 2 min freeze at half time. No big deal. Started again on its own before the second half. Perhaps they were trying to sort the crackly audio and waited for the break before messing with the feed. Dunno.
IFollow works great for me 95% of the time. I usually stream it from my laptop to Chromecast so I can watch on the telly. Sometimes it freezes and the resolution isn’t great on the laptop browser (much better on my phone) but it’s STILL great value and I’m really glad to have it.
It’s £10 a match and 80% goes to the club. Enough said.

The crackling sound in the first half was very annoying but thankfully it went away in the end. I must admit, I don't think iFollow has been as good so far compared to last season but I put that down to the sheer number of users they now have. Something that the system wasn't originally designed for. It will improve though over time.

I entered my code but it still took my £10. E-mail the details to ifollow@efl.com and they will refund you. I had the same issue with the game versus Ipswich. I think what happened is that I put the code in and then when it asked for payment details I switched from debit card to paypal and I think that reset the form (losing the code I had entered). I did it in a bit of a hurry and after a few beers - so mistakes were always likely The code and PayPal taking £0.00 worked OK on Saturday, so I think I have it all worked out now.

I was hoping to use the internal Smart TV browser - I had tested it by watching iFollow highlights and that all worked, but when I tried using it for the live stream I just had the spinning "loading" wheel. So I have to play the stream on my laptop and plug the laptop into the HDMI port of the telly instead - which is a bit of a pain in the arse really. Also slightly annoying is that the stream can occasionally fall behind and so unless you periodically reload it, you will get a delay - no problem unless your friends in your WhatsApp group announce goals before you have seen it - which was very much the case with the penalty on Sat

I have given up on trying to download with my code. Accepted the payment so my money went to the club but just getting blank screens with the spinning ball trying to connect. Question is if I'm not able to watch the home game as a S/T holder for as long as it lasts will the club reimburse on my S/T. ?
