They're very similar to the salaries noted on the Football Manager games, which are usually pretty damn accurate given their research and development team have access to salary info. That said, there's no way in hell we were paying the full £12k/w for Blackman - not a chance in hell. If I had to guess with Turkish Messi, us and Charlton probably paying £2.5k/w each. Also, a lot of those salaries will have changed now with inflation increases, annual rises and new contracts (Kilgour, Hargreaves, etc.). Oh so THAT'S why people on here think they're salary experts! That's bollocks by the way. There's no way they have access to salary info. It would be an absolute fundamental breach of GDPR, the Data Protection Act not to mention the contractual obligations between the parties. I call bullshit on that. Okay mate, you clearly know best!!!

I can see Cian Harries being sold for good money, it won’t be long before the Welsh national side have a look at him. Only 23 but has all the attributes of a top defender, impressed me so far. I wouldn't say he's stood out - his passing is dodgy - think he needs to hold on to the ball a bit longer or go shorter with his passes. Probably, but surrounded by better passing players he will fit in, get better and look very good. Yes, he should go shorter on occasions but that will come. What’s he played so far? Less than 20 league games, with time he will get more comfortable and get much better. It’s no coincidence that from our back 3 it’s Harries who does most of the ball-playing stuff. Baldwin is also good but not as good a passer as Harries and Ehmer is more of a stopper. UTG!

I'd like to see your reaction though if your boss came to you and said "Oh, by the way we're telling this computer game manufacturer your salary so it can be published internationally as part of this game".

On the evidence so far JML and Mc no better that what we have coming through, so no, have not seen enough of Oz yet but based on reputation prob yes.

Surprised Anssi hasn't been mentioned, surely some championship clubs would be keeping an eye on his development and form

Nobody at the club can hit a shot like McM can, if he could learn to tackle he'd be one hell of a player at L1 level, JML was decent towards the end of last season but seems to have lost his way a bit this season, although he does seem to have picked up an injury. Oztumer looks a class act from his cameo appearance on Tuesday, one game should really equally one assist.

Anssi is one of the best goalkeepers in the division. He may even be the best. However, his age will go against him in respect of interested Championship clubs. His best chance of playing Championship football is with us.

Hey all Just a bit of fun to gather your suggestions on who you think will impress enough this season or next to become our first sale of "BG's players" This came to me when I started looking at all the positive attributes of Brandon Hanlan - so much strength, pace and bravery. Read that the Rovers staff are constantly working on his finishing which should then make him the complete package... at age 23 or 24 next season if that's when he really peaks. I reckon he could be our record sale which is currently held by Roberts/Hayles In fact if you are interested here are some of our biggest sales: Jason Roberts - 2.7m - age 22 Barry Hayles - 2.7m - age 26 Gareth Taylor - 1.71m - age 22 Nathan Ellington - 1.62m - age 20 Marcus Stewart - 1.62m - age 23 Nigel Martyn - 1.35m age 22 Jonson Clarke-Harris - 1.26m - age 26 Rickie Lambert - 1.08m - age 27 Ellis Harrison - 756k - age 24 Steve Yates - 738k - age 23 What are your thoughts? Most of these were before the bosman ruling. Lambert wasn’t and he signed a new contract shortly before we was sold so we could get more money for him if I remember right? Still should have been more though.

I think all three are approaching the last year of their contracts at their parent club. So, as long as they don’t sign new ones they will be free agents next summer anyway.
