You can't turn mutton into lamb, doesn't matter how good you are. The people to blame are Garner and the board that bought into his ridiculous and inexperienced plan. Cheap swipe blaming Tisdale. Judge him when he's been able to build his own squad. In League Two? Checked your crystal ball before taking to the keyboard?

Went longer without a win though and we drew to teams like Bolton, that were like defeats as well. Definitely didn’t include games against a Premier league team. He had JCH upfront as well. Draw like defeats? As in drawing with Wigan and losing to Swindon? You know we have currently gone 7 games without a win? Lost 6 Drawn 1. He said he let the coaching staff pick the side for the first few games. As they knew the player’s . Plus at Wigan we had no recognised strikers fit. We did have fit left backs though!

Let him build his own squad then sack him after 11 league games 👌🏻 Can't you just move on as BG ain't coming back and none of had any say in his sacking, if you want to discuss BG's "wrongful" dismissal with Wael then message him on Instagram.

This is a forum to discuss the club, team, players, board and management. You don’t have go comment on every / anything I post. Learning lessons from previous mistakes is the key to improvement. If the board / owner or both keep making the same mistakes the club will never move forward. Backing a manager, sacking them 11 league games later then not backing the next manager appointed in a rush is shambolic. Fans should stand up to this behaviour, every club should have a fans trust that doesn’t allow random / chaotic / thoughtless behaviour to set the club back time and time again. I get it you don’t agree with me and that’s fine.

Checked your crystal ball before taking to the keyboard? I asked a question. Paul Tisdale is the one who brags about predicting at the start of the season that his own team would be relegated.

Our huge collection of Players seem to have it too comfortable, safe in the knowledge that whatever they produce on the field, Wael is personally funding their wages. I wonder if the poorer relations of Div1 have that guarantee? Indeed how are some of them even paying their Players with so little income and why have none gone bust already? It also seems that since we have had a glossy surface to play on we seem to lose more home games than we win. Furthermore what has been the benefit of the new training when all we do is pile up the defeats? In his interview Paul Tisdale was asked about substituting Oz and Hanlan and for the first time he openly criticise them saying, "play better - win the game". He also said that he has to get those basics into them and maybe it has to be something more than conversations. So I would conclude that they have had it too easy, many have become complacent with not too much being asked of them. Generally what we have is a bunch of soft lads. Tisdale has to get under their skin and shake them out of their slumbers. A tough defensive instructor would be a start.
