Biggest game since Wycombe away 2014 - Clarkson scores the winner and we think we're safe! Aye, the 2015 Conference Playoff Final had nothing on *checks notes* Swindon at home in February when we're not in the relegation zone. Haha, exactly this. "Lose and we're down". No, lose and we're 2 points off safety with 19 games to go

Biggest game since Wycombe away 2014 - Clarkson scores the winner and we think we're safe! "Some people are on the pitch, they think it's all over..." Can remember coming out the ground to walk back to the car. Got chatting to some Wycombe supporters and they wished us luck for the next season, they added that they were dreading going back to non league. We all know what happened the following weekend.

Currently has a worse win percentage (league, not inc cups) than Garner.
Lose Saturday and for me he goes down as our worst manager ever.

Imagine being a builder and taking over a site that had been decimated by the previous builder. The previous builder had forgotten to put foundations in place, used polystyrene instead of bricks and spent the entire budget. The new builder comes in with £14 pounds to spend and is expected to finish the job. As Tidsale says, he’s not a magician. Are these players good enough? There’s no evidence to suggest they are. Going off Tisdale’s interview last night, I think it’s clear that he outlined that he needed a striker or two. Why didn’t that happen? Who is accountable for that? I don’t know if that’s Tisdale.

I Have watched most if not all of the games this season including the pizza cup (must want my head read)!
quick conclusion of tis & the team after a poor first few games we picked up a better pattern of play culminating in three wins in a week of which AFC Wimbledon away was a superb attacking performance
then injury's to key players & covid struck and we slowly got back up to speed but are error stroon at the back and are being punished for nearly every mistake & up front are having plenty of chances just not converting
we should have thrown the kitchen sink at getting Stockley as its clear for all to see, the experience of our forward line is starting to show when we need them to perform
I can't think of many games where we have not had as many if not more clear chances on goal than the opposition so unless tis is gonna get his kit on and show then how to put it in the onion bag there is not a lot more he can do
As Obvious as it sounds now hopefully with daly sharing the load with hanlan we can start registering soon if that starts this weekend I think confidence will breed and we will be fine
also it will take the pressure off the defense knowing the only way we will get something out the game is if they keep a clean sheet and lets face it that's why they are league one defenders not champ/prem
hopefully Daly/Hanlan can find the target this weekend because we WILL have chances guaranteed

Starnes wont sack him as it shows he made a mistake ... These Mugs are killing us. I think it would come down to a financial decision rather than save face. If we lose Saturday and a miracle happens and Tisdale walks I don't think the board would be too bothered. Means they could get someone else in that wouldn't cost them as much as sacking Tisdale but he won't walk anyway especially with no fans shouting and booing him.

I think we're down regardless of Saturday's result, I've accepted that. However, lose Saturday I believe that would confirm to gasheads that have that slight glimmer of hope we can survive this that we are down.

It very unusual to have one coach from previous regimes let alone two so it suggests money does not want to be used to pay people up. So I’m not sure that Tisdale is going anywhere unless we get relegated. Even then he will probably seem like the natural choice to take us back up. We seem a bit rudderless at the moment- a vision of how we want to play and operate but a million miles away from achieving it

You have to say Saturday is an absolutely massive game. Both us and Swindon are level on points but we have 2 games in hand. Win and our chances of finishing above Swindon are very high. Lose and I will be fully expecting relegation. So it'll probably be a draw lol. Every Swindon fan I have spoken with is saying how sh** they are. We are sh** as well. I actually expect them to win

Do agree it isn’t totally his fault, however unfortunately there are a few untouchables at the club who can do no wrong in the eyes of many - despite overseeing two of our worst ever appointments and now a certain relegation. Will be very interesting to see who gets the job next, just amazed the back room staff have somehow managed to keep their jobs
