MUST MUST MUST put in similar performance this weekend. No excuses. yep absolutely we need the same again and the 3 points because with that we will still be in it until the end of the season. Shrewsbury are fine IMO and maybe one of the bottom 7 can pull away? Burton have been on a great run as too Wigan but they are both due a bad run again surely? 13 to go and we haven't had a decent winning streak all season so maybe it's our turn now going into the final stretch! Win Saturday then we might be on to something. UTG!

Looks like a proper mini league in the bottom 6 now, with us currently at ‘the top’
Massive game Saturday now, really can’t afford to lose.

I am aware that some posters dislike me because of my views regarding the recruitment of Barton and the fact that I have returned my season ticket in protest. But I am still a supporter of the Gas and always will be. Great result tonight, good luck for the weekend. When Barton leaves the club, whenever that is, I will return to take my seat in the stand. Meantime, I for the reasons I have stated, Wilmot attend games, neither will I watch the games on I follow. Good luck to the gas.

Took our chances and just one bit of sloppy defending. Normally we take one chance and there’s lots of sloppy defending. That’s the difference in football. UTG

I like both. Hanlan should not be playing up front on his own. I really rate him, I think he has bags of potential. Fair enough, I respect your opinion, but out of interest, what about Hanlan do you rate? For me, his control is poor and 90% of the time he loses the ball by either it getting away from him, or he goes to ground. Yeah, he needs to work on his first touch. He could probably do with bulking up if he is going to be an out and out front man. Remember he is young and has been used in a wider role before I believe. I think he has pace, some unpredictability, he has good close control, can be direct and can finish. It seems the only real criticism anyone ever has about him is that his first touch is poor. Imagine what a player he will be if he improves on that.

Best performance of the season so far.
I think that heals a lot of the wounds from the fixture at their place a couple of months ago. Well done Rovers. Our players put a lot of pride back into the shirt tonight.

Have to keep chipping away at the negative goal difference, we are better off than all the teams below us as it stands, goal difference is what it could come down too!

Really enjoyed that tonight.... Well done all.
We look a real threat going forward with Jonah leading the line ... Leahy way better lesser as well.
Rodman and Upson were excellent ... lots of effort from everyone.
Big game Saturday ...
