I believe 46 points will be enough. Not in order I know. Here’s where it comes from. Donny have gone scoreless 5 of their last 6. Win. Northampton. Cagey draw. Crewe will have flip flops on. Win Pompey - we do ok against them. Draw Mk - banana skin, play us off the park. Lose. Lincoln - in no form. Win. Blackpool - already in play offs and play their kids. Win to preserve league one status. 48 points. Safety. Why not. Keep the faith. Moaning gets us nowhere. 538 are predicting that 45 points will be enough for some. Unfortunately they're also predicting we will finish dead last. projects.fivethirtyeight.com/soccer-predictions/league-one/

It’s strange that people think JB is saying the players don’t want to know, because it’s not what I’ve seen to be fair. Whether they’re good enough is another thing.
I’d say we dominated on Friday without particularly looking dangerous (but we know that). Two goals with more than a bit of luck in for them as well. I didn’t see a lack of effort though.

UTG I assume he's referring to players who didn't play rather than ones who did play? I read it that the physios were saying players were fit to play when they weren't.

Going by our recent run rate, we can expect 5 points...

All that matters is the next game. We start off at nil nil. Keep a clean sheet and that makes it so much easier to get a win.

We will stay in leauge one some how 4 wins since Jan. I don’t see it myself. Yeah if we’ve only managed 4 wins in 3 months then asking for 4 wins in one month is a very big ask. 3 wins and a couple of draws might do it but the all the odds and realities are against us. We’ll all be gutted if and when we go down but how many of us will be in shock or even the slightest bit surprised ? This seasons been a complete shambles since the first game to the latest. In fact it goes back further than that to January 2020

In honesty, I just can't see us picking up another point all season. I know we'll obviously get a point here and there and sneak a win somewhere, but I look at the fixture list and just see a loss for every game

Definitely 4 wins needed out of 6 and that's the minimum! All clubs around us have a game or 2 in hand on us. If we can beat Northampton next then we have a chance regardless of the teams we face higher up the league as everyone will now be feeling the pressure. Come on Gas lets make the great escape possible!!!

Before yesterday I was targeting the four home games which are all winnable. We have struggled at home against teams around us or those at the very top. The mid table teams we have done well against. Portsmouth, Shrewsbury, Accrington and now Doncaster.
First all of though, not loosing this Saturday is crucial. A draw is ok.
We shouldn't expect anything at Portsmouth, a draw would be very good. I also wouldn't rate our chances of having to get a win at Blackpool on the last day. Our away form is dreadful and that's why I fear this weekends game. If there was ever a time to turn our away from around.....

Obviously not the end of the world but we need to get Northampton below us again, especially as they have no games in hand.

Think we need to win Saturday it is imperative, then I fancy us to get 7 points in the home games, leaving a point from our away games at pompey and Blackpool, both are on decent runs so if Blackpool had made the play offs might rest a few, fingers crossed.
This certainly looks doable now UTG.
