He should be first on our list and offer him premium salary if free transfer and tell him what he will be missing when fabs come back! All the fans will be behind him! McCormick or Westbrook? No real option! Get rid of Westbrook to pay some for him? Bit late for that.

Shame he played with us for such a dire team. Standout for us by a mile! Will keep an eye on him like most Gas!

It’s a strange one, at one point with Millwalls interest, if it was genuine, it looked like he would go to the Championship but in the end he’s ended up at a club who may struggle in League 1 although there’s a long way to go before we kick off. Genuinely surprised other clubs didn’t get linked with him, perhaps they remember his spell at Shrewsbury more than his spell here. Or perhaps he was linked with a very poor BRFC team this season and that cost him. I hope we at least tried to sign him but who knows. Looks like a missed opportunity but AFCW are London based as he is and it might be as simple as that. UTG!

Perhaps he wasn't as good as some people think he was.AFC Wimbledon does not exactly speak of ambition. In the long term he might have been better signing for us. For me he was OK , able to cover a lot of ground but his decision making and passing was just average. I think he looked a lot better because we were so poor. Time will tell if I am right or wrong.

Surely we are a better bet for him How exactly? Wimbledon are a steady League One club with a nice new stadium. We're a basket case League Two club, playing in Chernobyl and managed by a sociopath.

Lack of ambition or increasing his opportunity to play on a regular basis as opposed to being a bit part player who might slip into the background at a bigger or more successful club ?

If Wimbledon are a steady league 1 club, I want some of what your on. Perennial relegation fodder. Good club though and I'm sure location was a key factor for him..

Good luck to him
One of very few players last season to come out with any credit
Hopefully keeps Wimbledon up, as they are a proper club.
To me it shows his character just wanting to play regular football, he probably could go higher but then risks the chance of playing every week. A top attitude will take him where he needs to be when it’s time.
Thanks Luke and go smash league 1. You deserve it.

I used to know of a derelict greyhound stadium in a location at the heart of the club’s fan base. Sadly it’s an IKEA now.

Would settle for one new stand in place of a tent.Know everyone else is having new stadiums but just one new modern stand is all I ask.

I'd forgotten about a new stadium what with all the controversies, court cases, infighting, humiliation in the national press, forum resignations en masse and still no proper striker.
I honestly think Wael is going to have to postpone the new stadium announcement until the Autumn. It's just too busy now.

Think part of the frustration is the way we are not only not keeping pace but actually moving backwards.Radio Stoke today the Port Vale owner has announced 20 million pounds to 'Allow our stadium to stay in the modern Era'.Port Vale!!!!!!!!!
