People have been complaining the quarters are too low for tucking in for years.
People complain whatever they do.
I think it’s a cracking kit and can’t wait to put mine on to pop down the Mem and cheer us on to a win.

Away kit will be interesting, The matching ‘99 kit was predominantly yellow but with the black and yellow 3rd kit it seems unlikely to be so this time. Attachment Deleted

I understand why we have a sponsor’s name on a shirt but do we have to have their bloody tag line underneath it too? It’s the addition of that which is causing the comments about the size of the sponsor band round the middle of the shirt.

It appears my last post caused offence to some members of the forum. I have deleted the post and apologise, my remark was in bad taste

Genuinely love this kit, if they would have got rid of the black lines then it wouldn’t have been a tribute to the past kit, looks very smart, I am waiting for the away kit to make a decision on which to buy as I have got the home for the past 5 seasons, and if rumours of a yellow and green quarters one are true then my money is as good as gone on that one 😍

Can only assume the away will be released soon I guess? Seeing as our first match is away, they are mainly orange but blue sleeves so maybe it’s the third kit?

I really really hope not. I know there seems to be a bit of nostalgia with some of the older fans with this idea but I would want something I can wear away from a matchday and looking like a bloody jester is not something I'm after. I really don't get this obsession with awful colour clashes and quartered shirts.

Whether or not we like the kit, you have to say our promotional videos for the kit releases the last few years have been brilliant, I remember the days when our kit launch would be a couple of players stood infront of the goal!

Hmm. Not too keen on that. It’s not the colour as such, it’s just too much going on and I’m not keen on how the sponsor bit looks. You could be right in terms of the sponsor... View AttachmentTop quarters are a bit squished and reckon they could shrunk it down a bit to finish me off... Still like it though (now that it isn't light blue) It's the damn advert which is too large, when players tuck the shirt in their shorts, all you'll see is the bit of the quarters about the advert and another bit below, aren't there any FA rules on the size of adverts as most clubs seem to have smaller adverts on the front of their shirts?

Other than Abu Ogogo when was the last time you saw a player tuck their shirt into their shorts?

They have ****ed it, which considering they were copying a good looking shirt, is quite something.

Not bad at all but not impressed enough to part with my cash for one. Not a fan of the lighter blue but it does have good memories at least. Its like a merge of a relegation and promotion shirt. Kind of how i feel about the gas at the minute, confused.

I read the kit threads with a smile on my face as what do people really expect ? We know it will be quarters of a variant of blue with white. I’m guessing it must be a hard job for the commercial department and designers, to come up a design that could be seen as different. I know I am in a tiny minority but I loved the pink kit and would love to see something very different. I’ve never bought one. I hope most are happy as it’s not something I’d like to be involved in, given the peramaters
