Heard there’s a spare parking place for your bike , it’s marked as “manager” . Fill your boots 🚲

When I've cycled to the Mem I've always locked mine to the railings behind the East terrace as others have suggested. It's never been a problem. There are some cycle rails by the Thatchers terrace turnstiles but they are usually full up with bikes. Good luck.

I usually lock mine to the fence behind the ticket office at the Clubhouse End. Never had a problem. Although as others have said there are a couple of bicycle stands at the turning from Glozzy Road into Filton Avenue by the Methodist Church, which can make for a quicker getaway than pushing your bike through a crowd out of the ground. I wonder if there is a parking spot for those electric scooters near The Mem? Is that inside the Memorial Gates entrance? I am in the South West stand, so that side of the ground would be the logical place for me. I will try that. Encouraging to hear other people cycling to watch football Yes it is 🚲

Cycling is my main form of transport when going to the Mem.
there are a measly 3 or 4 bike metal (n) rack bars just inside the gates near the car park (middle entrance from Filton Ave). Other than that you can lock your bikes to the fences along the East terrace. Not tried to park along the west side as it's not much fun traversing a bike through the crowd outside the bar/ticket office.
There are certainly not enough racks for the amount of bikes (especially weekend matches), but you should be able to lock your bike up onsite somewhere!

This season I am going to try something I have never done before - cycling to The Mem. Before the pandemic hit, I cycled to work every day, so I (was) very experienced in commuter cycling. Clearly I am now rusty as an old nail. Has anybody on here cycled to The Mem before? I would be interested in hearing your experiences. I expect I am in for a world of hurt with regards to bag searches, but I can cope with that :-) I have messaged the club asking about their cycling facilities, especially given that cycling was mentioned in the recent 2021/2022 Code Of Conduct. Needless to say, I have not had a response yet. I also live in Wiltshire, and used to get the train to Abbey Wood and cycle from there. As others have said, there's no problem chaining your bike up to the railings behind the East Terrace turnstiles, but I would leave the ground pronto afterwards, as wading through the crowds can be a bit dicey.
