I had the gift as well as ticket; Maybe it was NEW season ticket holders got the free gift which I am I am very pleased with the little wallet and nice pen.

I believe the gift pack was for those that selected the free membership (or upgraded to the gold membership) when they ordered their season ticket. Unfortunately I did not seem to do that when I renewed my season card and if I try to "buy" a membership pack now it wants to charge me £20 - so not worth it now

I haven’t read through the thread but does anyone know if the club have made any plans for season tickets not arriving before tomorrow??

If the club had put out a statement then it would have been clear what to do in this instance. I’d see if you can give the club a call to see what to do but I imagine it’ll be a case of popping to the ticket shed before the match.

Rang up ticket master in the end and got them to sent out a scan on your phone job for tomorrow
Bit of an annoyance I have to go and watch the game now!

Just so you know that I can empathise with everyone who has been subjected to using the ticket engine which is Ticketmaster. I have wasted countless hours of my valuable working hours on chasing this site for tickets that I have purchased or have had significant difficulty in purchasing due to lack of system functionality. The latest issue being that my Season ticket arrived on Wednesday however Alex’s my son who helps me due to my issues walking has still not arrived. His number is @@@@@@@they have issued me with an eTicket which is appreciated however I am not assured that Alex’s Season Ticket card will arrive anytime soon. I understand that teething problems do occur in any new process but when it’s costing me time effort and money for calls etc and in my work time it’s not acceptable. I’m big enough and ugly enough to raise my concerns about these issues and yes I will continue to be vocal until such time as I feel my club are back to the fan focused club they used to be. If you could follow up on Alex’s ST it would be massively appreciated and if you’d like to catch up for a chat before tomorrow’s match then please let me know.

Stupid question but I’ve never used a ST card before, so are there designated turnstiles and/or do you just scan them in the bar code machines? (We’re in the Thatchers end).

If I remember correctly you scan your card on the top scanner ( it has two scanners top and bottom) inside the turnstiles.
