Just so we're all clear, are you accusing Wael of being complicit i.e. turning a blind eye to potentially the club's employees being in some kind of syndicate betting on Rovers results, assuming losses rather than victories? Seeing as he never said that anywhere I feel confident answering on his behalf. No I haven’t accused anyone of anything!

The post has no accusations. If it did have the mods would have taken it down for legal reasons. There are a number of historic incidents and comments across various individuals currently in the employment of the club concerning their sporting integrity, that is a fact. I would like to know from Wael whether he feels these are a cause for concern, if they are not a cause for concern how has he reached that conclusion, and what - in both the recruitment process, and in the day to day running of the club ensures our employees act with full integrity.

What is sad is that the club we all support now employs so many people who have betrayed the game we all love or once did.

Must admit my mind did wander back to Esmond Million , and was it Keith Williams, and co ! I thought that back in February this year when that lot rolled up. In the 60s we were very fortunate to have Bert Tann who, I believe, discovered what was going on and alerted the police and FA. I’m not sure we have anyone with the integrity of Bert Tann around now. Sadly. UTG!

I took it that we have been saying for a while that Wael is niave, so asking him these questions might make him stop and think about the questions rather than not.

Unsurprisingly.
Large numbers of those who have NIL interest in something are regularly and repeatedly fixated.

I wonder what the true answer is, not the one he would give. I suspect it is something along the lines of - yeah Widdrington and Starnes warned me about this stuff, but I thought he was passionate, articulate and exactly what we needed to give us a boost to stay up. Fair enough, everyone makes mistakes. Wael if your reading, in your heart you must see this has all gone way too far. Dear WAEL, don’t you wish you listened, to everything that the forum users suggest?

Easier to DM Wael on Twitter. Why ask him on this forum? He will block those that a) don’t worship him and b) ask awkward questions …or any difficult ones
