If it happens good luck to him. He saved us from relegation and left us in the top 4 of League 1. Honestly, why wouldn’t or shouldn’t we wish him good luck. 😉 UTG!

DC better than all of them put together , sacked at his first real management wobble , the REAL reason we’re in this mess is because of DCs departure ( in my opinion obviously ) Why try and rewrite history as it was more of a the total melt down than just a wobble, plus if DC's such a good L1 manager why's he still only managing in L2. Sometimes in football you need to go backwards to go forwards. Surprised GC's caught the eye of the Doncaster owner as, unlike BG, seems to have disappeared back into Academy football. It'll be even more annoying over the way he left us if he gets the job and is then a success.

In fairness to GC he took the job at Sheff utd and then lost it again only a few months later and as regards Doncaster if he gets the job its only 23 miles from his home.

Tel! Me manager who has done better for us since GC left? Just look what has happened to us since then just a downward spiral from 2 nd in the league None Brads. Cougs was taking us to the Championship. What should we have done to keep him ? I don't think there was anything we could do to keep him from what I hear it was personal reasons to do with his family and unfortunately family comes first

Single handily saved the club from oblivion, back to back promotions , signed the likes of manse , Taylor , Bodin , Lines , sincs , etc who wore our shirt with pride ( not many have done that in a very long time ) and , yes in my opinion , just a wobble , DC more than earned himself more time to put things right and I would of taken relegation with him at the helm as I’m sure he would of put it right , but , we also may of survived with him anyway. He did well with Walsall only a few points from the play offs and he’s doing well again , what have we actually achieved since his departure, relegation and another sh** football team

He totally disrupted the squad by leaving at the start of a busy period of the season. A lot changes day-to-day when a manager leaves. Anyway not bothered about him anymore as he has gone, but certainly wont be rolling out the red carpet if our paths ever cross

You could also say we gave him his first shot at management, he jumped ship at an important time of the season at the first opportunity, and sent us into a spiral we have yet to recover from! Perception, eh

You cant argue with the results he got. I rarely enjoyed the games until the final whistle blew though! Still think he should have finished the season.
