You’ve missed the point, but you get a clap 👏 for saying the right thing. I just don't understand how you are moaning about something positive? The club should be rewarded with a pat on the back, not questioned. Nobody should ever do anything positive for anyone, because there are other people just as much in need. Just like nobody should ever do anything for the environment, because there are bigger contributors to that issue that don't bother. Or something like that anyway.

I wonder how one gets their charity represented at football? There’s a lot of wars going on currently, knife and gang violence, grooming etc. Who or what selects which are worthy? It seems strange that if homelessness gets a kit change, surely sex trafficking should get each teams playing in mascot costumes. Just commenting on how these get prioritised. Not the validity of this particular one. It’s almost like you’d have to do something every week to keep everyone happy Getting homeless people off the streets covers allot of what you have mentioned. Young girls and sometimes boys are often taken off the streets and from hostals by gangs who drug them, sometimes rape them and sell them into the sex industry, kids can be used as drug mules often becoming dependant on drugs, which is a way of paying them for being prostitutes and drug mules. So getting homeless people into a safe environment is very important, it stops one source for the gangs. i don't know if you can remember but a few years ago gangs of 12 plus from Rochdale, Rotherham , Oxford and i believe a gang of mostly Somalies from Bristol were jailed for doing just this. So supporting homelessness can help cut out a multitude of sins.
