I'd like a dvd of all the seasons goals with the second disc showing last Saturdays promotion game in full? I said the same thing. I'm hoping it's in the works.
As good as the 5 minute YouTube clip is, there is no way you can review this season in 5 minutes.
We need a DVD showing highlights from all our matches because every single goal we scored was vital.
I'd personally like the second disc to have extended coverage of our last 2 games. They were both epic!

Great new line - teletext mug - kids ask your grandparents.
Can't tell but does it have 7(Seven) like the Grandstand vidiprinter!
Watch this space for book and DVD.

John K has already done some 7 Up mugs and they are better than the Rovers Teletex ones. Think they also might be on sale next season in the Supporters club shop.

While not a promotion souvenir, got to say the early 80's replica shirt mug with Toshiba on it looks great.
I hope they are paying some kind of sponsorship money!
Looking back, between 82 and 85 what a great squad that was; D Williams, Barret, Randall, Archie, Ollie, G Williams, White, Parkin, McCaffrey, B Williams, Slatter, Kite, Pulis, Bater, Cashley, Hughes, Curle, Bannon, O'Connor and of course Channon and Ball! and Errington Kelly.
In 83/84 we finished 5th in the league and a practical reserve side lost the EFL Trophy area final against a Bournemouth side we beat in the league and league cup. I think we were 7th and 6th in the league in the other seasons at that time.
If only they brought in the play offs and Wembley finals for the EFL trophy back then!
I heard a rumour several years later that in 1982 we tried to sign John Aldridge but couldn't afford him, so signed Paul Bannon instead. To be fair he did have a pretty decent goal scoring record for us, but Aldridge surely would have been the difference between top 7 and top 3.
Mike Jay can fact check me.

Indeed that David Williams side was superb no play offs in those days must admit was unaware of the possible John Aldridge signing. But getting Alan Ball was a real class signing his performance on a muddy Springfield Park at Wigan and a 5 0 victory will live long in my personal memory. Amazed that Newport County could afford to pay Aldridge he certainly starred in their European Cup winners cup ties as they were holders of the Welsh Cup. Always rated David Williams as a player, coach and player manager I was delighted to interview him for Backpass magazine about 3 or 4 years ago. Extracts from the interview were reproduced in the Rovers matchday programme. He still takes an interest in Rovers fortunes. I invited him to the Harrogate v Rovers match this season as he lives in Harrogate but he had a family event so unable to attend.

New products have been added already including the traffic lights print. That image really is iconic & sums up what promotion meant to the players . The one thing we have in Bristol is an abundance of street artists & I would love to see that painted on a wall at the Mem . My personal all time favourite is from DC’s time, after the Daggers game, the bloke on the pushbike with his arm raised. So much said by one image

My sons 'Promoted' Mug arrived yesterday and despite the fact that it had been very well wrapped it was smashed ....
I reckon the delivery driver was a Northampton Fan !!

I see a comic book is being issued soon. I can imagine if will feature Belly with a cape and a curl in the front of his hair although he wears glasses in his everyday life (perfect disguise for a goalie!).
Anyone know when the DVD and proper promotion book will be available?
