Do you remember the Swansea ball boy who got Hazard sent off. Kid had a mug which had troll written all over it. It was vomit inducing to hear the commentators show faux concern for the ākickā Hazard gave him. That whole incident showed how stupid the modern world is. The kid should have been given a clip round the ear and been replaced. Instead, for trying to unfairly influence a game, he got an opposition player sent off. Mad. That ballboy was a bellend but Hazard got Hazard sent off.

JAB doesn't blame the ball boy, but it's disingenuous to mention it without emphasising how poor we defended the subsequent corner.
In essence, a distraction tactic.

Anyone going to blame coutts?
Heās is pretty Rubbish again.
Remember how gutted we all were he got suspended and was going to miss the play offs?
I wouldnāt have him anywhere near the team at the mo. His hospital pass caused the corner.

IMO the problem might be solved a bit if we didn't bring EVERY player back from a corner. What is the point of it because all it does is seem to make defenders less likely to defend properly and give us little chance of breaking like Accrington did from our corner. If you keep three players up on the half way line I am sure the opponents will leave three players back. Less players to mark at the corner AND easier for the defenders to work out who they are marking.

I thought that GC changed to ball boys, it used to be done by the Young Pirates, but he wanted kids from the Adademy, so that they got the chance to be pitchside and this would give them a better opportunity of learning.Ā Also they would be more switch on re tactics, when to return the ball quickly et.Ā Ā Wasn't there an away game we were involved in last season where the ball boys were blatantly told to take the p*ss once the home side were winning?Ā Carlisle

Accrington goal was scored when they only had 2 players in our box and one of them was even lay on the ground when the corner was taken!

His hospital pass caused the corner. Yep. Has been awful since his last 2 games of last year when he got sent off. Certainly not looking like a L1 footballer. It was his mucking about that led to the lost possession and the subsequent corner that Accy scored from. Coutts and Clarke are wasted picks for me at the moment. Iād have Whelan in where Coutts is and Jasper in where Clarke is.

I was sat next to the physio yesterday, as you may have noticed she wasn't on the bench and I had our defence sat infront of me, most of the players who were out seemed to be moving around well and should be back on the pitch soon . So hopefully our defending will improve and JB won't be blaming the poor ballboy.

Great career, wonderful servant to the game, but at the age of 38 he no longer has the legs to get around thd pitch that is required at League One level.

Agree on Whelan, if anyone is replacing Coutts it has to be Rossiter. Coutts has started his delayed season poorly but deserves a bit more respect than heās getting from some on this thread. Are memories that short that people canāt remember the massive role he played in our promotion last year? (after a low start similar to this year).

That is just football, time stands still for no man.
