Please remember that you can change your opinion as the season progresses, it will be interesting to see how it develops.... what i'll do, as i'd like this to be a season long poll with opinion swing, is i'll see where opinion is at at the end of each calendar month and keep a record to publish at the end of the season.... this could be an asset.... lets see....

Impossible to make any predictions yet as we have not made any signings. Just hope the BOD make extra money available ( zzzz ) and give DC a real kick ass budget.

Pinned it for you. Hope the others don't mind.
(My vote went on midtable - but obviously hoping for more!)

I'm sure we can make the play offs. I just think automatic is to much for the first time of asking. Hopefully get some new players in soon and build up a team that can get the mem rocking again.

Play offs for me, though I am really quite on the fence. I believe in Clarke fully, yet I still look back at how our other managers did and worry it is caused by 'more than the manager'. At the end of the day though I fully believe the board will deliver a good budget (most likely the very highest), and Clarke will assemble a good team.

I went for Mid table but comfortable however, I think we will be Mid table to bricking it but I dont think we will ever be serious relegation challengers this year.

Can't believe I'm asking this but... If we were relegated to conference south, would your support be affected? Genuinelly, though the relegation hurt me, I am still excited for the season and never once doubted attending. Conference south though..... Would I finally question my support....

The way I look at it is were now in division5 which is still a pro league with loads of ex league clubs. The next step down takes you into the real 2 men and a dog crowds and even Rovers fans, with all their patience may say enough is enough.difficult to say though,as after the OF was culled last week my reaction was f**k you I won't be giving any more money to you ungrateful bastards, but a week on,thanks to this new forum in no small part,my mind has been re-set and I'll continue to back the team at the mem despite the bod doing their very best to deter me.

Don't know why I chose automatic it won't happen, however this year the two best teams in the division went up, surely we must challenge, we are long overdue it.

We will keep this pinned until we are promoted in 10 months time.

I think it will take us two seasons minimum to get out of this League. Time to build a strong hungry squad and move into the UWE half-way through the second season with promotion momentum, we could go though League 2 the following season. Hate the fact that we have fallen into this dross League, but the thought of potentially winning lots of matches will be a strange mesmerising experience all of it's own.
Wow, I feel so free to be positive on here ;-)

Remembering the buckle fallacy. However, i gotta say that he used that as an excuse for poor tactics and poor signings. Hopefully DC can make better choices.

I'm not sure yet DC's talk on Twentyman the other week made me feel a bit more optimistic about the season I would like to see what sort of players he brings in first and how pre season goes first.
