what would it be? Please keep it clean and positive if possible. I genuinely mean that. I'm thinking of little things you have spotted that could improve them and therefore improve us as a team. Tbone - you need not apply to this conversation

a couple to start us off...
Daniel Leadbitter - I really rate this lad and have championed him form the start. It is rare to get such pace, athleticism and height in a right back / wing back.
BUT I've noticed that when in a tight spot / team under pressure he does have a tendency to panic and snatch at a clearance.
So, don't panic, Dan, trust your touch and your pace, and if you really need to leather it, calm down and whack it peroperly.
Adam Dawson - Dawso, we all love your skill, pace and crosses.
BUT when a defender is seriously backing off of you , and clearly NOT trying to get tight on you because they are worried about you, why not put in an early cross sometimes? You don't ALWAYS have to try to beat your man / get to the byline.
1 - it guarantees a ball into a dangerous area
2 - it could actually surprise them a bit.
3 - It stops the moans and groans when you sometimes then run at the playerand don;t get a cross in / give possession away.
BTW - reminds me a bit of one of the criticisms of Muzzy Carayol; he would often beat some with trickery or pace, then slow up and literally have to take the same player on again! It was almost as though he liked taking the water out of oppos. But not so funny when it didn't work on the 2nd time.

LOL actually I'll give this one to you for free. Matty Taylor - we love you. BUT I'd trust Ellis to score a 1 on 1 nearly every time. talk to him. watch him. Pick some tips up from him. And jermaine Easter. You have a year to pick the brains of a Championship player.

Tom Parkes: It's not actually any different to head the ball coming in from a corner when you're in the opponent's six yard box facing the goal, than it is when you're in your own six yard box facing away from the goal. All the same laws of physics apply, honest.

Dawson needs to take the easy options at times. There was a moment yesterday when he had two defenders on him, down by the corner flag with Leadbitter open and in acres ready to receive. Dawson tried to beat the men when he could have played a simple pass into a teammate in a better position.

As is my way I am going to overstep the mark and give two bits of advice
Matty Taylor .Go and have a pint with Jamie Cureton and ask him what he feels like when he hits the back of the net.He will tell you it's exhilerating and to score for the Rovers is like nothing else.He will tell you to hover around the box and be greedy go for goal and be single minded. He will look at your clips and tell you that you will score more if you get in the box and he will tell you to stop wasting your time chesting the ball off to all out wide to all and sundry as very few prolific scorers ever score from the corner flag.
Andy Monkhouse .Stop looking backwards to see who is keeping goal today, look forward and face the opposing goalkeeper and if you do get the ball move forward, don't look back, don't look for Brown and move forward, not sideways, and attack the opposition, just like Chris Lines who is showing how it can be done.

Not sure I agree with the Monkey advice. Often his holding the ball and knocking it back to Browner leads to a dangerous attack rather than giving the ball away. Interesting that the advice to Monkey is more or less the opposite to that someone gave to Dawson.
