Just said on Radio Bristol that he will be on the Breakfast programme this morning talking about the court case and play offs. They didn't say a time.

What can he honestly say about the court case other than the date? Maybe it's not now going to Court? Unlike him to be seeking the limelight.

We won Saturday. Big win. We're in the playoffs. Team are professional. Concentrating on the football. Stadium out of our hands, over to legal arguments. Failure in court and on pitch could be a disaster. Massive week. Asked if stadium more important than the play offs, in the long term (but really that was a stupid question). 11,000 fans. Darrell's done fantastic. Fans were great. Away support phenomenal. Would have been easy to walk away last year. Looking for investment, but the current board can handle it. Talks ongoing.
Erm, that's it.

Does anybody else think the stadium is kind of a jinx?
Part of me just thinks "f**k the stadium", all it's caused is problems throughout the whole process both on and off the pitch. It's dragged on so long that if we ever do actually get it then the buzz of it has kind of gone now. There is something quite romantic about how our backs have been against the wall this season after being at our lowest ebb, having to be really careful with money and still playing at our bang average stadium.

So basically admittes what we all knew, that we cannot lose the court case. When will we settle ?

Problem is sainsburys saying no birds available as I understand it. Sainsburys have an entire bloody aviary but they just don't want to give us the fecking key.

If we could shake hands with Sainsbury's for enough to clear our debts this would be a good deal. Then it would be down to the board to run this club prudently. Given where we are and the gates we get there really shouldn't be a problem balancing the books.

I say NO settlement. We're in the right so let's roll the dice. New stadium or back to rag-bag Rovers.

Given where we are and the gates we get there really shouldn't be a problem balancing the books. I think Sainsburys will have one eye on that exact outcome. They know that would be good - ney - Great business for us considering the issues we have. It looks less likely that we will get the stadium, well done to the Greens/TRASH. We will probably end up developing the stadium in situ and making things worse for the residents. Either way to come out the other side of this, debt free, will probably scare the sh*t out of the BoD as they will have to shape up.

We may well be, but surely that is what the court will decide, not you or I.
The point is imagine losing to FGR, we know we are in the conference. Can the BoD risk it all?

Simple No Win Sainsbury = Administration
If we are still in the mickey mouse league then we are kicked out
If we are in the League 2 then 10 points deduction
Hence the term "lose the playoffs = disaster
