do you think it is ironic that the fans were singing you fat b***ard for the entire first half, then all the decisions went against us in the second half? I thought that chanting was aimed at Parkin..?! Maybe it was both.

it's a vision into Nigel Pearson's true feelings about that reporter he obviously want to di-ck I saw a bit of that, missed the question put to him, but saw his response. Sports Journalists eh? I loved Pearson's careful, quiet manner last season but this season he's turned into some crazy passive aggressive who looks like he should say what he feels rather than this charade of clearly hating a lot of people. let it out man! The 'incitement' was only this.... www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/32527129 After Pearson referred to "the amount of criticism and negativity" his side have faced this season, Ian Baker of Wardles Press Agency asked the Foxes boss to elaborate. Baker: What criticism are you talking about? Pearson: Have you been on holiday for six months? Have you been away for six months? Baker: I am not quite sure what specific criticism you are referring to? ------------------->

Apparently the referee forgot his cards for the first half!!! No joke! Can we learn anything from this? In the first half we dominated but only scored once when we should have got 3-4... in the second half they edged it but failed to score...thoughts?

One of the worst referees ive seen in 50 years. How did he make it to even this level. Surely he's watched by refereeing officials on performance. Should be struck off

I watched the match again last night when I got home on BT and the ref was pretty well positioned to see the Clough kick at Puddy. As an ex-referee, who has refereed at just below the Conference Premier, that was a disgraceful decision! I said it at the time and seeing it later, confirmed it! Those sort of decisions make me sad to call myself a referee! The assistant could not have seen what happened as there were far too many players in the way. He consulted him, just to make it seem like the assistant had said that he had seen something else, so he didn't have to give the red card. How do I know this? Because I used to do exactly the same thing! However, I never ducked out of giving a red card if I saw something as blatant as that! By the way, I would probably have also given Ellis his first yellow, to try and calm him down after that fracas with Bennett, but that obviously didn't work and Darrell should have taken him off before he got his second yellow, which he did deserve!

Fine, but you are assuming the referee clearly saw exactly what happened. ("pretty well positioned", you say)

Fine, but you are assuming the referee clearly saw exactly what happened. ("pretty well positioned", you say) OK, If we're being pedantic! He was very well positioned, less than 10 yards away and looking directly at the incident! If you have the chance, have a look at it again and freeze it as Clough kicks Puddy and the referee is in the frame looking directly at it. He was exactly where I would have been if I had been refereeing the game!!

The ref had his back to Ellis for the first yellow and didn't see what happened. The bloke shoved him and told him to f**k off and Ellis got booked. The second was a bit daft however.
