"Eat, drink and be merry, for tomorrow we (may) die" - think it's from the bible or something, but seems pretty true advice for a gashead . . . Anyone know if the Bristol Fryer gonna be open tomoz?

If I was Ady Pillock I would show my team this forum 10 minutes before kick off tomorrow. That should get them really fired up. Haha we're only having a laugh! If you're potentially 90 minutes away from Wembley and can't enjoy it or have a laugh then what's the point? I'm well aware we could EASILY blow it tomorrow. But that's kind of the point isn't it? If we do, it's over. So we might as well enjoy ourselves as much as possible now... surely? All I can think about is the complacency of last year. You say you're only having a laugh but if we get knocked out tomorrow after a half arsed display I'm not sure it will be so funny. Apologies for being the forum grouch.

Exactly - we're saying the same thing. We may well lose tomorrow. That's kind of the point in enjoying it now. As tomorrow the season could be over. Might as well enjoy the highs while we can

After we beat Wycombe last year people were on here posting in the same "job done" way. It annoyed me last year and see what happened. Those of you doing it this year have very, very short memories. It's annoying me now in the same way. What I said last year and I say again this year is the ONLY thing we should be doing is making sure we are 100% focussed on tomorrow. Anything else is complacency. We can't afford to be complacent. Sort yourselves out guys.

We're not though are we?
It's not job done. We could lose tomorrow. If I'm honest, I genuinely fear the worst about tomorrow.
And if I'm right, it's all over.
So if we can't have a laugh the night before, what's the point? Seriously - what is the point?
Shall we never get excited about the PROSPECT of anything again?
People need to lighten up and live a little. If we lose tomorrow we lose. But we might as well enjoy bits and pieces where and when we can. You don't often get them as a Gashead after all.

Loving the anticipation and pressure, enjoying the optimism, I feel alive! Bring it on . . .

If we were playing tomorrow I could understand your view point but we can hardly concentrate 100% on just supporting the players tomorrow, we can worry about that once the game kicks off!

What factors make us 100% sure of a win tomorrow?
1-0 up away from home - 50% Top form team - 20% Big gate and massive noise - 5%
25% missing there. That represents the Gumps shocking us out of the playoffs.
This is science. It is my opinion, and I have a Biology A Level. Therefore I am a scientist, and so I am right.
Result tomorrow - probably us, but maybe them.

I understand the threads about how to get there and ticket prices etc as we will need to plan that pretty quick.
This thread however is a bit silly and needless IMO.

Won't be a big gap in the middle this time! Last time middle was empty as club Wembley had tickets and didn't turn up. This time no club Wembley so no gaps!Thought it was good anyway last time but will be better without gaps.
