So prices are very similar for the seats released so far, although I can't understand why there's no concessions in the most expensive seats given the amount of kids/OAP's attending Conference games? The big question is will they eventually release cheaper seats for the higher levels, if we sell out the lower levels? Thats a good point about cheaper top tier. Generally, for England games, the top tiers are the cheapest tickets, normally as category 3. However, according to the seating map, the lower and upper tiers are both category 2 and there are only two categories. I understand how they sell them for non league games by selling the bottom tier first as the vast majority of clubs wont require anymore than this. However, we will and if they are cheaper that will annoy a lot of people who do not get the choice.

I reckon there could be a lot of swapping of tickets over the next couple of weeks

Anyone know how you can upload pics from your phone to here?
If so, go to my Twitter (@andrewhaskins85) and post the pic I just tweeted of my convo between myself and See Tickets, they are saying there will be online ticket sales!

Might not be the whole conversation but here's the tweet confirming it.

Painful memories of when we were last at the mercy of see tickets - I said then I would never given them my custom again, famous last words! Now I can sympathise with Liverpool fans being ripped off at hull. Football fans always taken advantage of and nowt we can do about it. don't go. Or maybe try to get a Voucher off someone, thus bypassing (i guess) see tickets. I have made a decision not to go. It's just too much. £40 (inc fees) for a Non-Lge match is just too much. It's just not cricket I cannot afford / justify that, plus travel, food etc. I've been to most of the home games [without a ST], 3 away games I think, and both play-off games. I'm quite happy with that. It's been a good season, with some fun, adventures, great atmospheres, stress, excitement, and a bit of boredom as well. It has cost quite a lot of money and time, and enough is now enough. So, BT Sport for me. I'm ok with that. I'm not paying stupid money to make the idiots at the Conf look good. You would have thought that of all the people to understand non-lge football fans, it might have been the Conference. Obviously not. Come on Mehew. Get you backside down to Wembley. We will have a whip round for the extra few quid if need be. You know it has to be done

You would have thought that of all the people to understand non-lge football fans, it might have been the Conference. Obviously not. So if it was £30 you'd go? Is it really worthwhile missing potentially our biggest day out for another 5/10 years over a tenner? no, £30 is too much for a non-lge game. I would think £20-25 would be fair for the top tier, which is quite high and long way from pitch - that gives people a clear choice of price ranges. It's all the add-ons as well, plus travel etc. Been to 25-30 games this season - enjoyed it. Done my bit. But it's taken it's toll on finances. I don't need to go to Wembley to enjoy our victory (hopefully...). The atmosphere at many lge games, and the play-offs will stay with me for ever, and will be just as good a memory as Wembley. The trips to Dover and FGR (in particular) will stay with me forever. Like I said, I'm happy for myself - only frustrated at Conference rip-off merchants. Not an issue.

Nothing beats the atmosphere of getting promoted at Wembley though? I don't think the seats are that expensive when a Mem seat costs over £20, let's hope they do eventually release the top tiers at a lower price

The top tiers are a certainty to be released in due course - this is where the whole system is wrong. ST holders will have to wait until they become available later on in the week
There will be at least 65000 Rovers and Grimsby fans at the match, plus say another 4 or 5000 neutrals at tops - not going to be that many blocks of seats to keep back as empties.
Wembley Stadium who are responsible for the release of blocks so they dont waste (hahaha) money on unnecessary stewarding should stop being so ridiculous and issue at least 85% of the tickets to SeeTickets out of the way

As far as ticket prices go, the high prices have chopped my group in half.
I was due to buy 8 tickets tomorrow, now thanks to the prices 4 of them are likely to not bother.

Real shame this, but "The Vanarama Big Day Out" has now been renamed "The Vanarama Expensive Day Out" and will surely mean not as many attending from both ourselves and the Mariners

To be fair, the prices are exactly the same as last year's. It's hardly as if they have upped prices because its us vs Grimsby.
For those holding out for cheaper Level 3 tickets, I've tried to work out how many tickets BRFC would need to sell in order for us to 'sell out' tiers 1 and 2. Its difficult with the 'Big Day Out' stuff added in, but I've calculated it at about just under 23,000.
Based on previous years, I don't think many, or any, play-off finalists at this level have sold that many. But I imagine we will. So it may be worth hanging on for a couple of days of general sale, or at least enquiring with the Conference/BRFC to see if there are contingency plans put in place, and any provisional prices.

It's the same price as last year so we can't really complain or be surprised at the ticket prices? mobile.cambridge-united.co.uk/news/article/cambridge-united-play-off-final-tickets-1530575.aspxLooking at photos of the Luton v York game it seems the top tier wasn't used, I assume Wembley will only start selling tickets for that when the bottom 2 tiers sell out? Although there's no real rush for tickets given we apparently have an unlimited supply and you can collect them from Wembley.

Could you just rock up on the day and pay then if not sold out or is it advanced sales only?

Could you just rock up on the day and pay then if not sold out or is it advanced sales only? Pretty sure you can, yeah. You could for some of the play-off finals last year anyway. Of course, I'd imagine by that point it will only be Tier 3 available in our end.

Does anyone think there's any chance of anyone wanting to go and potentially missing out? Or am I just worrying for no reason?

The Conference have retweeted no restrictions on numbers so they will open up as much as needed. Just open some at all levels FFS
