The 10,000 was only put on the Grimsby forum on Friday to boost morale and try and persuade others to go. Somebody suggested putting a higher figure as sold and thats when the 10,000 came up when it was only 6,000 at the time. There is no way that they are creeping towards 20000 or I would be very surprised if it was. that sounds more accurate to be honest. I head Grimsby had sold 7 tickets in total, two of those were for Harry and his Herring.

Although Dizza's 33 now he's still one of the fittest players in our squad and I'm sure he'll still be running around the pitch be it the 95th or even 120th minute. He's done well this season, had a very slow start when he was written off my quite a few of our fans as past it, but since then he's been superb and weighed in with a few important goals (I'm sure you remember his late winner at Barnet) and but for the consistency of Carl Magnay could well have been our Player Of The Year. I think he is more like 36/37 born 24 August 1981 s0 34 this August

Lower tier: 34,303 Middle tier: 16,532 Upper tier: 39,165
Ok, I might be watering in the wind on this one, but ....... Lower tier: 34,303, though of this circa 5000 are neutral and circa 2800 are Bobby Moore area, which would give circa 26500, or 13250 each From Sea tickets 'GTFC' are currently selling the last 3 blocks, for which most are 75%+ sold, so would hope by tonight we have the full 13250 Of the Middle tier: 16,532 (c8250 each), for which we had already sold 10 out of the 26 blocks, or about 3000, remaining 16 blocks wont go on sale until after Teir 1 is sold out Thus currently looks like circa 16000 for GTFC at the moment genuine question - when/how did you sell 10 blocks of the second tier and why aren't any available at the moment? Surely your fans should have had that choice over the weekend. Bit weird. I hadn't even noticed that you have been selling the second tier. I think it's fair to assume that it has been a good slow burner for the mariners. Only 2 lower tier blocks left and presumably those will be close to full. BTW- neither team are getting half of the middle tier, as quite a bit of the north side seem to be reserved for others [e.g. player families]

The middle tier blocks for Grimsby are the pricier tickets that we also sold out of before the rest of the tier was opened up

Conference Footy have said at lunch time today that over 40,000 tickets have been processed so looks like the record attendance will just about be broken.

There are several Gasheads holding spare seats which they are unable to sell, even at £30 or less for £44 tickets in tier 1.
On that basis, we will struggle to sell 30k

We'll sell 30,000 no problem! Sales may be going slower but I'm pretty confident we can shift another 2-4 thousand!

I have just been informed via club shop...sorry if this has already been posted on another thread that 40k has been sold and that includes neutral tickets. The shop has said we have only sold 24,000! If that is the case then we need to pick it up a tad.

That's because 6,000 of the neutrals have been brought by Rovers fans?

The neutrals are vouchers to be exchanged for tickets I believe? How can Rovers buy places that are reserved for others who may buy late/or on the day. A little confused on how neutral section/tickets sold works?
