Or simply a mass of Blu n White? Something we aren't very good at imo.-Compared to say the Dutch national fans or some other groups. The trouble with blue and white, is that people generally wear blue or white most of the time, in real life. So it's hard to capture people's imagination with the idea, or even hard to notice in any case. Unlike something unusual like orange or yellow, etc. Almost everyone will be wearing blue and/or white in our end, and it will look just like a bog-standard tennis/golf/bowls crowd. Spot on! THAT is why, for instance, Holland and their fans stand out so much at games; their colours are unique; they are not everyday.

I'm going bollock naked with full kit body paint and a jester hat. I may or may not have the horn depending on the result and how cold it is. You have been warned. I have a horrible feeling you are serious, so have had to give your post a thumbs most definitely down (if that is politically correct)

And our fans will wear every colour available. Yes there will be a lot of blue and white but not exclusively. You only need to Google search football fans in blue or watch a rangers fans display or a selection of European blue teams to admit that we are too busy making excuses for ourselves here.

You seem to be agreeing and disagreeing with my post at the same time?

Yes I am! Our fans will wear a mixmatch of colours, predominantly blue and white though, like you said. I was originally suggesting a sea of blue and white ie only blue and white. However I know we are incapable of doing it. People have freedom to choose what they wear and you will see red amongst our fans next Sunday amongst other colours! Even the Wycombe hi viz thing only attracted 15% of a medium sized contingent? The Sainsbury protest shirts? We are not great at this type of stuff imo, the one thing we are good at is singing GI in unison! Every other chant breaks down through speed control or chant conflict. Wembley itself will increase the difficulty of organisation unless there is a strong Facebook campaign. Someone mentioned blue and white placards and that it's too late? No it's not! How long does it take? How about a single blue balloon for every single rivers fan to be waved as the player emerge? Simple but massively effective!

I'm going to construct some scaffolding in the first row and dictate the singing via my megaphone. Please refer to the hymn sheets before the game which I will place under the seats.

Hope no one is planning on sitting down in 133! I won't be "stand up if you love the gas" will be sung a few times from me! There is no chance I'm sitting down in 133. Can't remember the last time I sat down in an all seater.

Anyone else taking a flag? They staff were pretty good at England v Chile and assisted me hanging it at the front by the goal. It was too big as well but I got it in with a bit of jibba jabba.

I'm not on Facebook either but it only takes a few people to suggest it and it will take off.

I think there are limited places to hang flags at Wembley as they don't like any of the advertising boards being covered.

There were certainly a few at that game though, maybe 20 or so behind the goal at my end and the railings are perfect for flags. On entry they sometimes measure the flags.

If they get taken I'm just have to collect them afterwards. It's worked before so il do it again.....hopefully!!
