Thought they were awesome yesterday, a real credit. Sang and sang all the way through, superb.

That "fish" chant with all the clapping they were doing did sound fantastic to be fair and echoed all round the stadium.
We were rather quiet in comparison. Not sure if it was nerves, the fact a lot of fans may not be regulars so don't know the songs or that we were more spread out but the Grimsby lot weere very good yesterday.

Wasn't at the match but on TV,barring the goals, the only time when the crowd made a big impact was when Irene was belted out. Every time it was loud and clear. Don't worry. Our supporters did us proud

EXACTLY what I was thinking. We had more day trippers and spread out. And had more to get stressed about! The Fish thing was actually quite frightening /weird /funny /cool. Like a scene out of a war film. Made me think of Mr.Scruff... <°((((><

We were in 132 which was meant to be next to one of the so called 'singing blocks' but apart from Irene, thought we were quiet yesterday.
Think it was probably easier for Grimsby to generate more noise, as their fans were in a more condensed area.

I was in 127 and there were lads in there that got things going all the way through.

The drum made them sound louder than they were as it reverberated and set a tempo for their supporters to join in. We made lots of noise, but it was hard to get chants to travel accross the whole rovers section. That said the noise that greeted our goals and pens was incredible and seeing the sea of blue and white dancing at the end filled me with such pride I had tears in my eyes.

Singing section was a joke.
I was in 139 trying to get things going largely alone but with maybe five others.
Not only was there pretty much general silence when we could be heard there was no variety. Where was "wanna dance with Will Puddy"? Where was "nah nah nah Ellis Harrison"? Where was "one of our own chrissy lines"? Where was hi ho Bristol rovers? Darrell Clarkes barmy army? One tiny version of "we are the rovers boys".
"Mildenhall Mildenhall" during the penalties would have been a nice touch but nothing.
Most of all though going silent after going one down was criminal in my opinion.

I seem to remember that Goodnight Irene was struck up immediately after their goal I was in J34 and everybody round me was up.

Agree they were In good voice. Only thing is I've kinda morphed in my head their fish chant with that Dizzee Rascal song..now I got 'dirty stinking fish!!!' playing over and over. ugh annoying!

Not only were they fantastic in the stadium, really pleasant to speak to afterwards on the train home. Will definitely be keeping a close eye on their results next season.
