Hahahaha!!! 1 year on and they've achieved so much! Well to me, they've achieved a lot. I didn't want them to, but they have. If we'd got the equaliser against Mansfield and then gone on to lose on pens at Wembley today, I would have said we have achieved a lot compared with the previous season. That's interesting. I actually think that our year might have been beneficial. If we'd have lost out on promotion today to lg1, it would be doldrums big time. Bear in mind the teds going up. We are feeling positive momentum right now. Wycombe can suck my penis.

It's only beneficial if there is any evidence that we've all learnt from it and made appropriate changes to mitigate against a repeat. Otherwise it was just a wasted season. Time will tell. Wycombe can still suck your penis though.

Can I just say we better be signing some quality players on for next season if we want to compete with WW. They looked a good side, as did the mighty Southend.
GJ for Director of Football anyone?

We won't be playing part-time butchers and decorators next season. Some of our signings have not inspired me with confidence. He may need help, GJ fits the bill.

The Conference is far from an amateur league, and the professionalism of it has improved greatly over the last 5 years or so. Don't be fooled into thinking there's a huge gap in class between the top half of the Conference and the bottom half of League 2. A few quality additions are needed and a few will move on, but we're not looking for wholesale changes here. DC's recruitment is the best we've had in years, and suddenly we're going to question his authority on those decisions because he hasn't had a proper shot at the FL before? At least as far as recruiting goes.

GJ can get lost. The annual GJ attention is tiresome. He's nothing special anyway, look at the state of the bloke when he's up against it! Smug and lofty when he is doing ok but shrinks like a violet when the pressure is on.

But, they had half a team on loan from Brentford. Plus, they're still in extreme financial difficulties off the pitch. We'll finish above them next year.
