I still want DC's babies. Don't tell the Grimsby Telegraph if you get them.

I think DC will want to get us out of L2 before he betters himself and moves on.
He strikes me as someone who is driven to prove people wrong. At the moment, as good as it's been he is really only "even" with his Rovers project.

I still want DC's babies. Um, there's a queue mister. Wait your turn. Come on guys, you know that's physically impossible, so, on this occasion, I'm prepared to step forward and take one for the team.

I see no harm in the letter but what interests me is what is the general plan going forwards 10 years and beyond. As I have written before we need to study Dc's methods including recruitment so that we appoint the right type of Manager if he were to leave. Dc is a rare catch for us and he was promoted from within which is how I hope it will remain in the future. Higgs and co need to prepare a Bristol Rovers manual based on DC. The ways of the recent past should be ditched, never to return. In this game no one can plan past next season, let alone for 10 seasons...he is a rare catch so let's sign him up ASAP to a long-term performance-based contract. Plan for a future under DC, but have a 'in case I get hit by a bus' folder in case he leaves...

I want DC to pick a team, a formation and a style to beat the opposition in any given game. I also don't want him to let the opposition know in advance what those three things will be, so I'm quite happy after this season to let him figure out the best way of winning 90 points next season internally...I can't wait to see what it is, and I don't need him to tell me how he's going to do it now... I was going to post something similar.

A question for the OP, would you prefer to watch Arsenal every season and finish outside the top 2 or Chelsea and finish in the top 2? I know which I'd choose.
Reagrdless I think we should just let the manage manage and the supporters support.
