We may have lost this battle but the war is not over I think it's time to give up Henbury. If we appeal, it has to be against the findings of the Judge. You cannot appeal the decision, but the way or method the judge used to make the ruling, which basically means we are questioning her judgement. This doesn't go well with the legal profession, and it's highly unlikely we'd get the decision reversed. She no doubt took advice from other legal eagles, so to appeal we'd be claiming that these legal twats didn't know what they were doing? It won't work will it.

We may have lost this battle but the war is not over Assume you mean war to win the UWE rather than war to get Sainsburys to fund UWE? I do hope that's the case. Plan B time

The only thing to me that can save it is SGC paying for it. They say it will unlock £200m of investment so it seems a no brainer.

We shouldn't further limit the resources available for the playing squad. We can't appeal. Just move on and have faith in DC to get the right players in to progress.

Hang on, are we now Claiming Sainsbury’s were always backing it and told us so and allowed everyone to carry on, despite the fact that in the original writ it has highlighted that Sainsbury’s told us they did not want to proceed.
Do we just make sh** up?

After the clubs pathetic attempts to try legal action with Wycombe fielding ineligable players, I have little faith in the boards' talk of an appeal

The big question is though, who will make up the shortfall? This is where I can see the club being an attractive proposition. To buy the club should not costs much. Sell the Mem, put in an extra 10 or 15 million, and you have a stadium fit for the Premier League. Planning permission is already in place. Rovers are in fact, are a much better proposition than a club like Bournemouth. I'm trying to stay positive.

Can you believe George Ferguson as well. Sad for Rovers and Bristol. It was his effective No2 that fooked this all up for us With Trash. Guys a disgrace.

Assign a block of 2000 seats in the new stadium to a Rovers VIP club. £10,000 gets you lifetime membership, fully transferable. There's you £20 million. Its worked at Wembley and Arsenal as well as in other sports. Surely its an option? Any before anyone mentions it this is nothing like the share scheme as you would actually get something tangible for your money.
