SOUTH WEST 1. Bristol Rovers 2. Coventry City 3. Exeter City 4. Oxford United 5. Plymouth Argyle 6. Swindon Town 7. Wycombe Wanderers 8. Yeovil Town
For ease of progression I fancy a home draw against Yeovil but a trip to Plymouth would be quite nice.
Haven't been to the Ricoh so that wouldn't be bad either.
Anyone have any preferences?

Anyone have any preferences? We've got Plymouth in the league in a couple of weeks! Does this split into North/South in the round afterwards? South East group not as strong as South West in my opinion, some tough teams there. I'd like Yeovil or Exeter at home.

I'm in Portugal for the Plymouth game I've got a proper soft spot for them as I went to uni down there and went to see a few games when they were in the championship. Wouldn't fancy them now in the form their in.

The winners of the South West and South East matches join together at the next round.
The overall winners of the Southern section meet the overall winners of the Northern section in the final at Wembley.

Coventry or Swindon away are both stand out sides to me. Would rather give Wycombe what they deserve in the league where it really matters.

Home to anyone. I fancy our chances against any of them at home.

I wouldn't mind COV or Swindon in the region final Out of interest why do you say that as surely it doesn't matter who we play as long as it's at the Mem and we win? A decent team/crowd woukld only make sense if we get to Wembley for the atmopsphere/gate receipts?

I'm guessing people that want Coventry is because they want us to ge knocked out asap? I still think of them as a top-flight club, although I guess that's just because they happened to be up there in my formative years. Love the pic of Kauto. At Cheltenham, methinks?
