Hello Gasheads,
I have it on good authority that The Right Honourable Nick Higgs will be interviewed by Our Good Man, Geoff Twentyman tomorrow at around 1.15 on Radio Briz.
Hopefully it will be an enlightening and positive interview.
Cheers.

It'll probably be about how we've got a great chance of winning in court and about how great our support is and what a great manager we've got. It's always very predictable where Higgs is concerned.
Oh and that he's had some interest from outside for the club but none that fitted what Bristol Rovers are all about.

Higgo was on Sub's Bench tonight....
NH: Good tart to season. Nothing to be afraid of. Playoffs is the target.
NH: Great support. Would've got a 1,000 more gate for Oxford game if not on TV.
Interviewer asked him what he would say to fans who think we're wasting money on the Sainsbury's appeal.
NH: I can only listen to the legal advice and they're saying we've got a very strong case.
Interviewer: Didn't you say that before the original court case?
NH: We've got an even stronger case this time.

What law firm is he getting his advice from? Kenobi & Partners?
"If you strike me down in court, my appeal will become more powerful than you could possibly imagine"

That's the legal equivalent of Xavi telling everyone that Barcelona dominated by having the most possession despite losing 7-0 to Bayern over two legs.

That's legal talk for 'losing'...what are contracts about if not 'legal technicalities'?

Unfortunately a contract lapsing seems more than a technicality to most of us! Didn't the Judge even suggest it was one we we couldn't overcome?

Hopefully he won't tell a blatant untruth like he did the last time Geoff questioned him. This whole great case for appeal business is lunacy.

Anyone worried about the advice NH is getting? The lawyers are hardly going to say "nah, don't hire us again at great expense, we're not going to win on appeal", are they? It's in their interest for the case to continue.

Me to. He didn't say what the plan b was apart from the fact it involves selling the mem. Sounds like they have another supermarket lined up as he said to 20men that they wouldn't need planning permission.

Problem is that we have to wait for the Sainsbury's rubbish to die out before we can even attempt to start plan B.
