Forest Green Rovers. forum.fgrfc.net/index.php I remember when Sledge came on the OF trying to entice our fans up there. Some of our lot got quite defensive when I Fd him off. Now look at us! Don't suppose anyone will be watching FGR this year when we are away will they? lol Carnage written all over it. Some of you lot ain't going to believe the logistical nightmare that awaits up in Nailsworth! The place is tiny, the ground is over a mile up a very steep hill, the car park is small. Oh, and we will probably lose! forum.fgrfc.net/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=40441

Dover. doverathletic.freeforums.org/index.phpFrom the dover segregation topic! Re: Segregation Postby michael » Fri Jul 11, 2014 5:44 pm You know this anyway, but one of the sadder things about the conference national is that there are a few clubs who have supporters who take it all rather seriously;and go back to the 80's in their luddite mentality. It not just the ex league clubs-but again-there are more of those around these days ,where the supporters have not been trained in the friendly non league ways of doing things . a few clubs have supporters who do get rather' upset' when they are losing

Good thread 'R Si.
My personal belief is that many thought the "Shock" was losing to Mansfield and being relegated.
I think the real thing is yet to hit us, a massive culture shock and i hate to say it but you can forget your "Lowering of expectations" the realisation will sadly be a "Lowering of standards".
I think this is why so many are airing genuine concerns, we really need to hit the ground running...........

I don't think anyone can prepare for the conference....
when we all turn up for the game against Grimsby and everything has got skrill written on it, from the matchday programme to the logo's on the players sleaves, everything will be skrill....
it's a day i'm dreading quite frankly....

Blimey just one look at the Barnet site, and they must be popular. There's a Barnet/South Belfast logo. Does that mean they have fans in North & South Belfast?

They're not going to like it if Rovers are 1-0 down half time at their place are they..... Dover Fan (with dog & flask) We change ends here at half time old fellow. Rovers Fan.

Small pubs at the bottom of the hill, traffic nightmare pre & poste match. I have a parking space near the ground at my daughters place, but will probably go & watch it in the Annexe
