Just been advised by Barnet FC that the cost of Hospitality for two people will be £249 + VAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That is the most expensive hospitality I have ever been quoted by a C2 or non league team. I sponsored the Dover program and that was slightly cheaper.
Looks like a pie and a pint.
PS - there is no guarantee that the game will even be played on 9th January due to the 3rd round of the FA Cup on the same day.

Can't see the point of paying that sort of money to watch a football match! Even if I had money to water away I'd still pay to watch from the terraces!

Last Christmas for 2 people in the dribuild stand, we got a meal, program, tickets & drinks for £109 I think it was. Loved it, doing it again this year. £249!!!!!! No thanks. Rovers hospitality is well worth the money.

When your entertaining potential new owners of the club like Severncider is doing, you have to present the best case possible.... oh wait.... its Barnet sh@t tip

To be fair I've watched a couple of games from a box at the Mem when I've been invited by friends and I enjoyed it. But don't think I'd ever shell out the money that Barnet are charging!

Bloody Hell....2 people @ £249 meams thats £125 per person? What are they paying for? I think someone should report barnet to the Office of Fair Trading as this is a right rip off if ever ive seen one! They dont even have a good ground and i bet their main stand is rubbish.

You've obviously never been there then. It's a very tidy if little ground. Went there last season, and it was set up very well.

Forest Green was over £75 a head last season and that just included fish and chips a cup of tea and a seat in the stand with a load of farmers. Moral of that story is if anyone ever asks me if I want hospitality again, I ask price first before saying yes........
