Had his best game this season yesterday. Hopefully he can get some consistency and keep that sort of form going.

Pleased for Parkes who was awesome yesterday. Just a shame he couldn't hack the ball away for the equalizer.

His dad missed the match as he had too much lemonade and the stewards refused to let him in.

Agreed. He had a great game. The challenge he made in the second half when the guy was through on goal was world class.

He played very well. But, looking back at their goal, I'm confused how he failed to clear it off the line. It seems like he attempted to but missed the ball.

It's not as if he just let it though his leg's, seems the ball took a lucky deflection to fall at the feet of the player who crossed the ball, which sums up our luck in Div 2 in recent years.

If you watch the goal you can see ,all the defenders had players marked , but the three middle fielder in box were watching the ball and not the player and even ran passed them and no one pick him up

Do you not see Sinclair outside the box marking no one? Surely in the final few seconds he should have been back defending.

Surely Harrison should have done more to stop the cross from getting in the box in the first place? Ollie Clarke first gets near a man already being marked and was the closest Rovers player to the one who scored, marking no one in effect. The beard was out the box marking no one, Rovers players in the box marking no one. If blame needs apportioning its to those in the box not picking the Exeter man up. It wasn't as tho he was a runner was it and the beard lost him? If you think the beard was at fault fair enough. I would say Ollie Clarke myself.

Hard to blame any one player as Harrison should have been closer to the player who crossed it,Parkes was firstly not close enough to the player who chipped it over and possibly should have hacked at the eventual shot and cleared it off the line.Ollie Clarke marked fresh air as did the Beard and Bodin and |Locyer and James Clarke were ball watching. We out numbered our opponents 6-4 behind the ball so the blame is a collective one with none of the players named coming out with much credit. They had little to no pace up front and therefore we should have been pushed up and each opponent should have been marked. The players Exeter had available to pass to on the goal is inditive of how weplay- defend too deep but don't actually mark players so in effect too many are often ball watchin g.

Sorry steve192 watch the games again, its been so easy to put it all on the defence as each week as we do . Locky/Clarke are not ball watching you can see clearly see they are running with there man ,I think it was the beard should have been marking him ,but its not about blaming player as some many do ,it would be nice to support then for a change .As of course we all top managers and all played in the prem .and one more thing about the ratings of players it water me of when some still rate and didn't go to the game and rate from the radio.

Thought you had to be at games to give ratings on the ratings thread.
