So if we sue/or get compensation from Wycombe (if guilty), we basically won't get anything anyway If its seen as a Football debt and they went into Administration they'd still have to pay us out. I'm not saying it delights me' but if you don't stay within the rules of the game you cant complain for being punished afterwards. Utg Nice to see the logo I made for myself for the last forum is still going strong as your forum picture

I would hope we get to hear something before the new season, this really should not take this long, esp if as Wycombe say they are as clean as my plate after lunch ! ( that is very clean ).

Surely that will depend on what/if any punishment the FA give Wycombe and if we chased anything in court.
I mean The FA could deduct say 15 points from Wycombe for this season and fine them say £20k and we don’t get anything from the football authorities. I mean they will be punishing Wycombe for breaking their rules
Then If we sued them for Compensation through the courts I doubt that would be classed a ‘football debt’. I am not sure how the FA can award us financial compensation unless they withheld Wycombe’s TV/PL share money and passed it to us

The club have been made aware that there are three players involved in third party ownership, but Wycombe will not name the two latest ones. Next week, there is full disclosure to all parties and Wycombe will then have to name them. Then we will know for sure they played last season and had a material effect on the final table. The club are not holding their breath that justice will be done, but Wycombe will obviously be hit hard. If we sue them they have admitted it will bankrupt them Are these players from last season or the 3 old names we already know about (i.e Matty Phillips, Jordan Ibe and another I've forgotten). If it is these 3, then there is no case to answer, as they had all left Wycombe by 2011/2012.

A poster on Wycombe's forum is inferring it's concerning the Kadeem Harris and Jordan Ibe transfer deals.
Not sure where that leaves us as they were both before last season, although I assume any fine should have imposed when the FA dealt with Phillips contract problems, if Wycombe hadn't hidden them from the FA at the time?
Any penalty now will have to take into consideration it was 3 and not 1 player, plus Wycombe withheld info from the FA enquiry.

I'd suggest that we should be wary of posters claiming inside information on that forum, this one or any others for that matter.
The saga goes on and I'd suggest we will only get the full information when the FA finally report.
I am surprised that their Chairman has stood down during this investigation, but again, I have no idea if that is relevant.

Anyone got any news on this ? It really should not take this long to find this information, but it would take this long to try and hide it ! The FA / League are starting to look a bit dodgy on this one, after all it was them that should have spotted this ( if it is true ) when they checked Wycombes books. This is starting to look like a cover our mistakes excercise.

im sure i read it was done and dusted, apparently. The accusations hit the fa like a bolt of lightning leading to a major storm at wycombe, whence NH health suffered till he was safely tucked up into bed so his health and safety could be assured, this was done by a third party, who with regularity cheated themselves and other

Did anyone really expect anything to happen? If it was a dispute between two clubs at the elite level it would have been dealt with one way or another in days.
In other news, Barcelona have had their transfer ban upheld, now they have completed all their summer signings. Money talks.

Deary me, talk about clutching at straws. Why doesn't the club forget this sour grapes appeal and concentrate on getting its house in order .
Relegation is relegation - the table didn't lie !!
