With only 4 league two games next weekend and Oxford, plymouth, portsmouth and northampton not in league action this an ideal opportunity to put ourselves into automatic contention.

There's over 60 points left to play for , we could finish top or on the bottom half yet.

There's some twists and turns yet.
Question is..Will we be happy with an 8th place finish now that we find ourselves in the top 7?
Would we be content losing in the playoffs?
How about finishing 3rd by losing the last game of season in which we started top?

How about finishing 3rd by losing the last game of season in which we started top? No doubt I'd say yes to the last question. The other two are difficult questions to answer. Going up in the play-offs is difficult to achieve as you need not only skill, but luck on your side, as we showed last season. |

Top 3 is all that matters , yes champions is nice but 1st 2nd or 3rd, makes no difference really. |

Don't forget during our relegation season we got into the top 10 after we beat Plymouth at home that team, even before it's demise, would have probably get hammered by DC's present team. Div 1 can't be much stronger given Burton are top! |

It's certainly a lot weaker than when we were last in it.
I was chatting to my friend at the last home game about how high we could of reached in league 1 when we had trollop in charge if the league was as weak as it is now.
