Someone on the other forum is suggesting that a club may be looking at Guernsey Star Ross Allen after he has gone AWOL. Would be nice to think DC may be looking at him. Similar scoring record to Sam Jordan in the local leagues m.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/27409122

It'd be fantastic to see people like Ross Allen and Sam Jordan trialling with the Gas. However, with our budget, would it be possible to provide them with a wage big enough to replace the wages from their day jobs, considering they're only amateur/semi-pro.

No thanks. Must be about 30 now. Much prefer White & Taylor.

Spot on Dins, a trial can't hurt anyone.

Lord Lucan went missing - do you think that he is trialling at Rovers too?

Lord Lucan went missing - do you think that he is trialling at Rovers too? I have a Not the Nine O'Clock News book around somewhere. There's a picture in there claiming Lord Lucan was found playing centre forward for Bristol City. I think they may have been bottom of Divsion four at the time. Unfortunately I'm decorating at the moment and can't get my hands on it otherwise I'd scan it in and post it.
