I don't know if this is such a smart move actually. This will be one of our highest gates anyway and a one off offer won't entice a great deal of people who wouldn't have been there anyway. It is a positive move but it is a token at best. Kids should be given free entry for all home games this year plus a free scarf plus access to a kids room with sarnies, sweets and drinks. That small outlay might just pay dividends next season or in years to come. I would be happy to pay an extra 50p per match to pay for an incentive like that-2000 x 50p would cover it and leave money for an end of season party for the kids. What do you reckon the crowd would be though without this offer? 7000? Especially with it being on TV. If it means and extra 1500 through the gates instead of at home or in the pub then great. Perhaps it's because it's on TV and they want to pack the ground. No idea but there's no way in hell 1500 extra will come because of the offer. Most people at the first home game would have been there regardless and a £5 saved is just a small bonus. Impossible to measure aswell. There should be a free kids membership scheme. That way stats can be compiled and the club can start getting a grip of their fan base in terms of offers.

an thankfully the graphic design is getting slightly better. the stuff they produced last season was awful, and used every font known to man. I know it is grammatically correct but the full stops spoil it. no need for them in banner headlines like that Agree with all that. It is a million miles better than last year though. not sure if it came across in my post but i certainly agree. it is pretty good. well done BRFC. and as someone said last night at the BRISA mtg it's so funny that the best thing to cheer gasheads up for years has been signing a bloke with a crazy beard an old real ale drinker would be proud of. brilliant.

I firmly believe kids should go free especially as we are in the low leagues, i seem to remember Rovers giving tickets to schools for free admission to the next home game not sure if we still do it but always thought it was a good idea as it allows kids who would not normally go to a game to to peel themselves away from the telly and experience the atmosphere first hand
