How sad a life do you have to have to worry about the kit manufacturer? There is no difference in quality because They are all made in the same Asian sweatshops. Gasheads are the exact antithesis of the kind of dumb sheep who can only define themselves by the labels they wear and will pay ridiculously over the odds to do it. Rant over... It's a status symbol in a way. The important thing is the design, which is fine. A few seasons ago we had the dodgy badge thing though..you wouldn't expect that if we were dealing with a big name supplier. Part of the problem is BBs association with the supplier. Then we have the Beeches rip off scandal. The N Gaged sponsor fix scandal. The Cowlin sponsorship hand shake scandal. Plus everybody knows that BSS supplies Santa grottos as a part time hobby...

Seriously if I wanted to show off with a fancy label in a pub/club I'd certainly make sure it didn't have a Rovers shirt behind the label, your taking nonsense if you think shirts made by dio-errea are similar quality to Nike/Puma atc hence why I've not bought one for years, add to that I don't really want to walk around with a local pubs name on my shirt.

The Erra kits are not the best quality. Go and buy a kit made by one of the well known manufacturers and you will see the difference.

I always wear a full home kit to games (inc socks) and I get some funny looks.
I'm sure that would not be the case if I were dressed in an addidas or Nike branded kit.
Twatola out.

I have a 2007/8 Home shirt that I wear home and away and has also been donned regularly when I play 5-a-side and there's not a mark or snag on it. It's not even faded that I can notice. I don't know that the quality could be improved upon by Nike or Adidas, both of whose sportswear products I tend to avoid due to issues with quality in the past. I think those manufacturers tend to trade on branding far more than an actual superior difference in quality, but that's just my opinion.

The problem with the Nike and Adidas kits is that they don't have a wide range of styles, ok ours would be a little different with the quarters but things like sleeves, collars, shorts and socks are all the same as everyone else has. You want a kit manufacturer which is not only going to produce good quality and looking shirts, but makes good financial sense for the club. Here are some of this seasons Permier league kits: www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/competitions/premier-league/11773397/Premier-League-kits-1516-reviewed-and-ranked.html?frame=3393821The likes of New Balance, Umbro, Macron feature heavily.
