I have "announced" the guess the crowd thread until the end of the week.
Hopefully people will get used to where it lives on the front pages once we are a few games in.
Thanks for all your work guys.

Are these threads going to be permanently in other sections of the forum? I understand the need not to have too many topics in Gas Works but would it be possible for these threads to be in Gas Works for a 24 hour period, say, and then to be moved to the other subsections to archive.
This is just a small thing however, and I massively appreciate all the work that has gone into this forum.

short answer, yes we will leave them there a day or 2.
At the moment the plan is to leave threads in their home then "announce" them once a week for a few days.
Announcing threads sticks them at the top of all boards so they are easy to find.
In my head I intend announcing Matchdays threads on a friday evening or sat am and they will stay there until Sunday pm. Player ratings will be announced sat am until sun too.
Most other stuff you should all know how to find by now but am happy to keep taking suggestions.
Every now and then expect to find other important threads announced. We want to keep announcements to no more than 2 or 3 threads at the most to avoid clutter.
