So apart from the o/s Sainsbury's charge are we now effectively debt free? The Charge in favour of Sainsbury is for a maximum amount of £199k and cannot be cleared until Court costs have been determined after the case has been finalised.

Not many football clubs are dept free, I feel really positive about our long term future 133 years and counting.

It will be interesting to see where the £3m+ has been accounted for.
It would not surprise me if this is shown against Dwane Sports.

Am I right in saying Higgs said a couple of seasons ago we needed to average 6500 per game break even. If I am right and we are now dept free then surely we must be making a profit already. Happy days ?

Happy days ? Would be nice if we were, but we have acquired some new people (e.g. the performance analyst person), who presumably are being paid.

This aloan (see what I did there?) means we are very lucky that the family decided we were worth it.

I'm guessing here, but I imagine Dwane sports now are a company with trading debts of about £3m for the MSP loan, £8m to ex-directors, £2,000 for a new scoreboard and £115.67 for a lick of paint to the bar?

Whereas new playing staff are not paid, I don't understand your point?

So apart from the o/s Sainsbury's charge are we now effectively debt free? Have we paid all the directors loans off ? The msp loan was under half the total debt
