i can't see any of this apocalypse happening.
yes it will be busy and yes there may be queues etc, but it won't be chaos, sell outs etc.
yes, maybe the west enclosure will, and all seats obviously, but does anyone honestly think people will be 'locked out' of the east terrace or even the blackthorn?
as someone else said it is still a work day for some, and loads go away over an easter weekend.
Yes it'll be very busy but no need to panic.

Why is it we could get 12,011 against WBA but only 11k for a 'sold out' match against Alfreton? I know we had the Guiness Stand, but the club said that it didn't increase the capacity and the numbers from that were taken from other stands (and it only held 250ish). We had the Guinness stand then too.

Recent run of form being Easter is early this year perhaps not so many people going away I would hope we could get near 10k or even more for good Friday Also it would be wonderful to finish off March with 2 more wins making it 7 out of 7

Can see what you're saying Batesy, but we've probably got to try and move away from the 'Where were you when.......' mindset.
If we are lucky enough to move up the divisions at all, 5-6K of us diehards would be well qualified to trot out the old 'Where were you at home to Welling?' and even less 'Where were you away at Nuneaton on a foggy Sunday'. Whilst I am proud to have been one of those diehards, I will be equally proud to see the numbers grow to levels that a club like ours deserves.
I personally will be welcoming the missing hordes and enjoying the ride (if/when it happens), rather than having a pop at anybody for not going when we were sh**!!

You'll be dissapointed with that stand with a 4 year old! Unless you sit her on the cold barriers, she won't see a thing. On busy days, the front is full of adults making it near impossible for smaller kids to see. Take something spongy for her to sit on or prepare for sore arms.

I remember at Twerton, we used to get vouchers on the tickets issued for the bleak winter midweek games with low gates, and when we got to the playoffs/big cup games, the voucher holders got priority after season ticket holders, rewarding the diehard fans. Perhaps the club could do this again, if capacity becomes an issue if we hopefully continue to be successful. I hope the club is leafleting all the floating fans with incentives, and season ticket flyers at the turnstiles so that some of those that turn up only when things are going well may be encouraged to go more regularly. I've got to most games this season and last in the conference and I appreciate depending on your circumstances regular attendance isn't always easy or possible, but I've now bitten the bullet and bought a season ticket, first time for me since Twerton - the club needs to push this more....

If we want the club to move forward we should all be welcoming every new supporter or returning supporter with open arms, rather than saying "where were you last year", hopefully in the not too distant future we will have our new ground and unless we expand our fan base and welcome all newcomers, we are going to be able to have 5 seats each !

Yeah, every time we get more than 8,000 it seems that some fans want to know 'where were you?' New fans should be welcome, returning fans, welcome, casual fans, welcome, relapsed fans, welcome, (relatively) fair weather fans, welcome, people who went in by mistake thinking they were going to the garden centre, welcome, Man Utd fans wondering what real/sh** football is like, mostly welcome.

LBH, any terrace for a 4 year old is going to be challenging. the good news for 84gas is that it's a pretty steep terrace, and even when full doesn't feel that cramped.
