Accrington have been in a lovely position for a while now, sitting pretty with games in hand. And fair play they've played it well and won them. However what we haven't seen yet is Stanley with the pressure on. Now they're sitting in an automatic spot everyone will be watching their results. Let's hope they crumble! Haven't they been floating between 3rd & 5th for a few weeks now? I fear it's there's to lose now rather than ours to win. Although Oxford only need to slip up in one game and we could be breathing down their necks as well. If Wycombe have a decent end to the season then Oxford's last three games, form team Hartlepool at home, Carlisle away & Wycombe at home could all be tough fixtures.

I think if we can win our three home games then we will be unlucky not to go up automatically. It's easy to overestimate the points total that will be needed. It's very unlikely anyone will have straight wins for the run in. Accrington have a couple of tough games as do Oxford and Portsmouth.
There will be twists and turns. It's going to be all about holding your nerve and I think the experience that this team had with the playoffs last year will really help. Fingers crossed.

It could possibly come down to us supporting Wyscum against Accrington Who would have thought a freak lightning storm could hit *looks it up* the Crown Ground in the unlikely event Accrington are 1-0 up with just minutes to go....?

I'm not being over confident but I really think we're win the next 5 but it will still be close,we need Accy and pompy to draw 1 each which is likely to happen

All we cn do is take each game one at a time, ensure we win it and then hope the tohers slip up, or Oxford do a Spieth completely bottle it.

Honestly think we have to win every game remaining to make the top 3. Exeter being the toughest but realistically we are capable of winning them all. We just have to hope accy slip up, which I think they will. Then again they'll say the same of us. Massive point on Saturday.

We just have to hope accy slip up, which I think they will. Potential banana skin fixture for them this Saturday,Morecombe (who have already beaten Accy this season) is a local derby.

Unfortunately Morecombe are absolutely woeful since then.
I still think Pompey will do it myself. I'd rather they went up auto than any of the other teams, apart from us obviously, as I wouldn't want to play them at any stage in the play offs, as they completely outclassed us twice already.
Wouldnt worry about Accy - i know they AWLAYS beat us, but we are better than them, and our luck has to change soon. Them going up with crowds of 1,500 would be a total disgrace in my opinion.

I don't understand this Accie aren't good thing. They are a good side, play it on the deck and score loads of goals. They certainly snuffed is out at the Mem - we didn't get a look in all game.

So how do you think Yeovile will set their team up on Saturday? Defence minded hoping for a point or will they go for a result?
I think the former as their manager has a reputation of being boring.

It's looking likely Accy, us & Pompey will be the top 5 sides, if we finish in the play off slots then, assuming we can manage win the play off semi, I'd personally sooner us play Pompey at a sell out Wembly than Accy in an half full one. Although as I've said before we need to bust a gut to make it a top 3 finish, as I wouldn't fancy our chances against either in the final.
