Shows how committed he is to the belief that we are going places. Great news!!!!! Great player, true gas legend in the making.

Wow, this is a sure sign of the influence Wael is having on the playing side and is another sign of the potential we have with him as our owner. And how gratifying it is to see someone coming through our youth ranks and becoming a key player in the first team - how many young players have we lost over the years after bringing them through our youth ranks only for them to sign for another club in a higher division before we got any benefit on the field from them. Having DC at the helm helps. Indeed - its all beginning to fall into place. Bloody exciting times for Gasheads! But I still keep thinking it will all go pear shaped in usual Rovers fashion!

Really wasn't expecting any new contracts to be sorted before the end of the season, what a relief that Brown and Lockyer are signed up, Taylor is the only question mark now as I'm sure any of the other would happily sign new deals, next season is already shaping up nicely!

Really good to get the big contracts sorted before close season - I think a celebratory smoke bomb is in order!

Great news but not surprising after talking to his father at the Hartlepool game. Tom is turning out to be a true BRFC legend, long may it continue. Both Tom and Lee will get an extra round of applause from me on Saturday for their commitment to the club we all love. Certainly appears our new owners are standing firmly behind our Manager and are prepared to ensure he gets the players on board for next seasons voyage. UTG!

Great great news. Don't think Matty T will commit till the season is up. I don't think he's going anywhere but anyone know what DC's contract is?

Excellent News, but do you think some players already know if they're not likely to be here next season?

Was always confident Lockyer was going to stay even as far back as this January interview with the BBC. www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/35327424Tipped for the top
Lockyer is keen to play at a higher level, but with the Pirates going well in League Two he sees no "reason why that can't be with Rovers".
Regarding Taylor, I wouldn't begrudge the 4th tier's top scorer testing himself at a club higher in the pyramid should we miss out on promotion; although I remain hopeful we'll be moving up along with him.

Good news. He's an excellent player, similar to Gary Mabbutt in many ways. He will go far and unfortunately will go to a bigger club in a season or two.
