If we pitch invade we aren't guaranteed promotion.Sky sports aren't allowed to put up the promotion banner if we do just incase we get the point deduction for pitch invading so please don't !!! yeah if we win promotion & don't invade the pitch, then there will be a special camel parade around the pitch, down Glos Rd & down thru to South Bristol, where the camels will all spit in your face, just as you all deserve, you sh!t ed w**ker! I see project fear isn't confined to those campaigning to remain in the UK, it's reached Sky and the FA now... .. but not Burnley, by the looks of it. If we fail to go up automatically and finish 4th, I do agree there shouldn't be a pitch invasion. I think DC used Grimsby fans pitch invasion as a motivational tool and mocked it a bit, saying they didn't have anything to celebrate yet.

Quickest ban ever?
Seriously there will never be a points reduction for an end of season pitch invasion. Just won't happen
On the pitch, on the pitch, on the pitch

Don't get the whole need to run on the pitch to celebrate. You can hug the bloke next to you and go wild in the stand without having to run about on the pitch.
If we go up tomorrow I'll be celebrating as much as the next one, but I'll be doing it from the stands and then in the pub after the game!
I await the comments of, "it's part of the game" and "everyone else does it so why can't we"

Just don't see why a lot of adults enjoy running onto the pitch as if they're back in school being a naughty boy?
Just appreciate the clubs wishes. If we finish in the autos preparations have to be made so the team can celebrate properly and if we don't we have nothing to celebrate because the season isn't over.

Heard Northampton have been stripped of the title and thrown out the league after their pitch invasion against us.
Then again it might be to do with that 'loan'.

I'm not being facetious, 'tis a genuine question to those who are anti-invasion, but what's the harm?

Personally I've never seen the attraction in invading the pitch, however, fans of almost every team do it every season no matter where in the league they finish. None of them are ever fined let alone get a points deduction! When a team wins promotion, the fans invade the pitch. When they leave the presentation begins.

I'm not being facetious, 'tis a genuine question to those who are anti-invasion, but what's the harm? What's the gain? It seems like a complete pointless exercise to charge onto the pitch and id rather let the players have their moment! If others want to do it then fine, I just won't be joining in.
