Feeling totally drained - what an afternoon. I really thought that 2nd goal just wasn't going to fall for us today, then Lee Brown stepped up to the plate.
Stayed in the ground for about an hour after the final whistle, and Matty Taylor and Monty were still out there having selfies taken with the kids. What a club we have now.

I always thought it would never feel like the early 90's again because I was a kid then and you don't get that feeling as an adult but this Rovers has brought it all back. UTG.

Finally we can put the whole sorry non league thing behind us. Football has come up with its own poetic ending to a fantastic season. Winning promotion on goal difference in 92nd minute makes up for going down on goal difference.
Looking forward to meeting sh'ed mate on Monday who pretends not to know the Rovers scores as it's too far to scroll down on his phone. Well, he needs to Scroll down a little less now and you can be dam sure I will be pointing this out to him on Monday.
Who knows where next season will take us. Please let us keep everyone who we want to keep over the next 12 months.
Happy 7th May everyone.

I haven't been able to face the forum or even think about Rovers all week without feeling sick! I'm utterly exhausted, incredibly relieved and completely delirious! Mate I just wanted to go home after the final whistle. I've never felt so drained!

Just got home at about 01:30 after celebrating in pretty much every pub down gloucester rd, still can't get get my head round it, by far the best result/game I've seen, even better than last year at wembley, thank you DC and all of the squad.

The most memorable part of it all for me was being in the scrum at the end with HTY on my shoulders giving high fives to Lockyer, Brown and Taylor.
One fan just reached up and hugged my lad and told him "never forget, this doesn't happen to us"
Well mate, whoever you were...it bloody Well does now!! WE DID IT!!!

The difference between now and the early 90s is that this is now part of a journey, something we can now build on, whereas back then it was only ever going to be a temporary elevation.

Fantastic times for HTY to store in his memory bank! I sort of know how that guy felt though, had to check social media at 4.30 a.m. to make sure it really happened.

Drove back home to Weston with flags and scarfs out the windows, several cars bibbing horns on motorway from fellow GAS. I kept asking my son to pinch me on the arm a couple of times but it was real. UP the GAS

Incredible. Incredible. Incredible.
That beats 07 and last year's Wembley promotions hands down for me.
Last year probably meant more for the club but it was difficult to enjoy the game, but yesterday was just pure joy and the atmosphere and celebrations at the Mem were unreal.
Got in about 4am after partying with the players in the Bristol Hotel and Pam Pam. Got to speak to Wael and Darrell and don't think I could stop saying 'thank you' to either of them the whole time. DC is a special bloke.
Can we go back and re-live it again please?

If only you could bottle that feeling yesterday! What a phenomenal performance, jam packed full of spirit, determination and quality, against a very stubborn Daggers side. Truly amazing feeling at the end and the atmosphere in the Blackthorn end was unbelievable!
Up the *ing Gas!!!!!!!!
